CONTEST PERIOD: The Sunrise Records Rush 2112 Contest (the"Contest") begins 12:01a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 19,2017 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on July 3, 2017.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period, all submissions must be uploaded via www.woobox.com (the "Contest Website") or in store at participating locations. You may enter the contest by submitting all necessary contact information on the Contest Website ("Entry" or "Entry Materials") or in store ballot. Only one eligible Entry per email addressis permitted per day. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and mustbe received by 11:59 p.m. ET on the final day. By participating, entrants agreeto these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be finaland binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents ofCanada (excluding Quebec), who are age 18 or over on date of entry. Employeesof Sunrise Records ("Sponsor" or "Sunrise Records") andtheir respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and promotionagencies involved with this Contest, and the immediate family members and/orthose living in the same household of any such persons or entities are noteligible. Subject to all federal, state, local and provincial laws andregulations. Void in Quebec and where prohibited or restricted by law.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: In order to be entered into the Contest,Entrants must comply with registration instructions when submitting theirEntry. Submitted Entry must be the property of the entrant and must be inEnglish. Any Entry or portion thereof that, in the Sponsor's sole discretion,is obscene, profane, lewd or defamatory; contains any third party materials, orotherwise displays, violates or infringes (or may infringe) any copyright,trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand or other proprietary right of anyperson living or deceased (including but not limited to, rights of privacy orpublicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity; includes anti-social,political, religious or special interest groups, a commercial solicitation orpromotional materials, or address, phone number, or URL address; is otherwiseobjectionable; or does not meet the requirements outlined on the OfficialRules, will not be considered and may disqualify the entry.

All Entries submitted become the property of Sponsor uponsubmission and will not be returned. Entry must be submitted in accordance withthe specifications set forth in these Official Rules and uploaded viawww.woobox.com. Any Entry deemed inappropriate or unsuitable, in Sponsor's solediscretion, will be disqualified. Any Entry not in compliance with the aboveand which does not meet the Official Rules' requirements will be disqualified.Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by entrants' online servicewill apply. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forthin these Official Rules, will be disclosed.

RANDOM DRAW TO DETERMINE WINNERS: At the conclusion of theEntry Period, nine grand prize winners will be chosen at random through thecontest website and in store ballots. Forty (40) Secondary prize winners willbe chosen.

PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): Five grandprize winners will be provided a custom Fender Signature Model Geddy Lee JazzBass Guitar. Approximate retail value is $2,500 USD. Four grand prize winnerswill be provided a custom DW performance series “Starman” snare drum.Approximate Retail Value is $2,500 USD. Twenty secondary prize winners will be provided a Rush2112 limited edition graphic drum skins. Approximate Retail Value is $100 USD. Twenty runner up prize winners will be provided Rush Time Stand Still original lobby posters from theatrical debut. Approximate Retail Value is $100.  Prize award issubject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these OfficialRules. Potential Winner will be notified by email.

GENERAL RULES: Decisions of the Sponsors are final withrespect to all matters relating to this Contest. By participating, entrantsagree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall befinal and binding in all respects. The Sponsor and its agents are notresponsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of anykind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect,incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused bythe user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilizedin this Contest, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of theentries in this Contest, or for any liability for damage to any computer systemresulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information inconnection with, this Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right in its solediscretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper withthe entry process or the operation of the Contest; violates the Official Rules;or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy,abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person todeliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be aviolation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made,Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullestextent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of theseOfficial Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for anyreason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infectionby computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technicalfailures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corruptor affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conductof the Contest process, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its solediscretion to cancel the Contest or online voting and determine the winners viaJudges from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation, based onthe judging criteria.

RELEASE: By entering the Contest, you hereby grant theSponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, licensees, and legalrepresentatives the unrestricted, absolute, perpetual, worldwide right (but notthe obligation) and license to use, copy, modify, edit, create derivative worksfrom, display, transmit, perform, distribute, publish, exhibit and otherwiseuse the submitted Entry in any and all media or form of communication, whethernow existing or hereafter developed, including on Contest and Sponsor'swebsites or those websites owned by Sponsor, their affiliates or anyone actingwith Sponsor's authority, all for the purpose of operating and publicizing theContest. Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the use of the Entrieswithout notice to the winner. Participating in the Contest constitutespermission to the Sponsor and their agencies to use participants' names,likeness, age, city, state and Entry for purposes of advertising and tradewithout further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in theContest, you agree that Sponsor, Facebook, their respective parent,subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, retailers, advertising and Contestagencies, and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors,employees and assigns, members, representatives and agents (collectively, the"Released Parties"), will have no liability whatsoever for, and willbe held harmless by you for, any liability for any bodily injury, loss ordamages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole orin part, directly or indirectly, from entry creation, the acceptance,possession, use or misuse of the prize, if applicable, or participation in thisContest or participation in any Contest related activity. You hereby waive all rights and release each of the Released Parties from any claim or cause ofaction, whether now known or unknown, of any kind, including but not limited to defamation, invasion of right to privacy, publicity or personality or any similar matter, relating to the Contest, the operation thereof, or any Entry,or based upon or relating to the use and exploitation of the Entries as contemplated herein, or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents.

A custom DW performance series “Starman” snare drum. The DW performance series “starman” snare is crafted in California from 10 plies of select North American Hard Rock Maple with exclusive HVX shell technology that provides superior tonality and versatility for studio and stage. Finished in gloss piano lacquer with “starman” insignia, only 10 of these items will be produced.

Secondary Prizes:

Rush 2112 limited edition graphic drum skins (never sold in retail).

Rush Time Stand Still original lobby posters from theatrical debut (never sold in retail).

WINNER: The name and location of the winners will be posted on www.facebook.com/SunriseRecords/ within a reasonable amount of time of the close of the Contest. The grand prize winners will need to provide an image of themselves with bass guitar or snare drum.
