Participants must register to enter by February 16, 2021 at 11:59pm PST on https://my.animalcenter.org/DoggieGras2021. Registration is $10 per entry. Participants can choose to enter their photo as a Float OR Costume entry. Each entry will only be judged in one category (Float or Costume). Humans featured in photos will not be judged. The Doggie Gras Judge's Panel will determine 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Float entries and 1st, 2nd and 3rd Costume entries. “People’s Choice” voting will be open to the public (one vote per email address) Tuesday, February 16th at 8:00am and will close on Thursday, February 18th at 5:00pm PST. The top voted entry (regardless of being Float or Costume) will be announced as the “People’s Choice” winner.
