Official Rules: 'Rivers Reveal Instant Win' Offer

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to the public. Participants must be 21 years of age and over. Limit one chance to play per person. Winners must be a current Rush Rewards member or sign up for a free Rush Rewards account at Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady prior to claiming their prize.
2. On Fridays, July 20 & 27, August 3, 10, 17, 24, & 31, 2018 & Saturdays, July 21 & 28, August 4, 11, 18, 25, and September 1, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. EST to 4:00 p.m. EST, participants can enter to win between a Rivers Water Bottle and fifty dollars ($50) Free Slot Play at Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady through a digital offer on the specified Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady iPads using the social media contest software—Woobox.
3. Only one (1) prize can be won or redeemed per customer throughout the duration of the promotion.
4. The game can be accessed through specific Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady iPads at Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady’s promotional booth at Saratoga Race Course. Participants must verify that they are 21+ prior to playing.
5. Possible prize options include a Rivers Water Bottle and Free Slot Play prizes of ten dollars ($10), fifteen dollars ($15), twenty dollars ($20), twenty-five dollars ($25), and fifty dollars ($50). Prizes will be administered randomly through a predetermined rewards schedule via Woobox.
6. Entries will be accepted only during the designated promotional period. It is the sole responsibility of the qualified entrant to ensure that the correct e-mail address is submitted at the time of registration.
7. Winners must visit the Rush Rewards Center at Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady during their hours of operation and present their prize code notification email from Woobox, along with their Rush Rewards card and a valid photo ID to claim and activate their prize.
a. Rush Rewards hours of operation are Sunday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. EST to 11:59 p.m. EST, and Friday & Saturday 8:00 a.m. EST to 1:00 a.m. EST.
8. Redemption will be valid from 11:00 a.m. EST on July 20, 2018 to 12:59 p.m. EST. on September 8, 2018.
9. If the winner does not already have a Rush Rewards account, they must visit the Rush Rewards Center at Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady with a valid photo ID to create their Rush Rewards account and claim their prize.
10. Prizes must be claimed by 11:59 p.m. EST on September 8, 2018. Once a Free Slot Play prize is claimed by visiting the Rush Rewards Center, it must be used within forty-eight (48) hours.
Exclusions: If a person is banned or excluded from Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady, they will not be eligible to participate in this, or any promotion.
Additional Rules:
1. Must be at least 21 years of age to participate and all participants must provide valid proof of age.
2. All participants must sign up for a Rush Rewards card at Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady to be eligible. Membership is free.

5. Winners must have valid photo identification (driver’s license, state identification card, or a current passport) in order to collect prize. If winner is not a U.S. citizen, consular identification, a current passport, or alien registration card is required.
6. Winners agree to allow Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent, where permitted.
7. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes[1], licenses, registrations, and other fees.
8. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this promotion lie solely with Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady whose decisions are final.
9. Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
10. Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of promotional rules, or other misconduct whether or not related to this promotion.
11. Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady and OfferCraft, LLC is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible game pieces or promotional vouchers nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, or for technical, hardware, software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion.
12. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, Rivers Casino reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
13. If applicable, all invitations, vouchers, game pieces, and entries are non-transferable.
14. No employee (or Immediate Family Member of an employee) of Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady or its Affiliates or Parent Company is eligible to participate in any manual or electronic drawing or tournament which qualifies for a prize of any kind.
The term Immediate Family Member includes each and every of the following: mother, father, spouse, brother, sister, children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, step-parents, step-children, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren, as well as any person residing in the employee's place of residence.
15. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to all rules.
16. Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady may conduct testing of its marketing programs, including control group testing, to evaluate the effectiveness of different programs. Therefore, patrons with similar attributes (e.g., amount wagered, game preference, trip frequency, loyalty program level, residential address, etc.) may from time to time receive different offers or promotions.
17. Participants shall release, discharge, and hold harmless Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady and its parent company Rush Street Gaming LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries from all liabilities, claims, or damages arising from participation in this contest and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the prize.
18. A copy of these rules and any changes will be available upon request at the Rush Rewards center throughout the duration of this promotion.
