RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAY.

Eligibility:  The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding California, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.  Employees of Big R are prohibited from entering and are not eligible to win. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor:  This promotion is sponsored by Big R Stores (“Sponsor”).

Agreement to Official Rules:  By participating in this promotion entrants agree to abide by these terms & conditions.  The sponsor reserves the right to qualify all entries and reject any entries that do not meet the requirements for participation established by Sponsor.

Promotion Overview:  The Promotion is free to enter without any purchase, payment, or donation required, to all eligible persons as defined above.  The winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Promotion Period:  The promotion period is as stated on the entry form.

How to Enter:

Online Entry:  During the promotion period, go to the following website: www.bigronline.com or visit the Big R Facebook page.  One (1) online entry per person will be accepted.

Number of Winners:  One (1) winner per prize will be chosen.

Odds of Winning:  Each participant’s odds of winning are subject to the total number of eligible entries received for the Promotion.

Selection of Winners:

One (1) participant who enters during the specified Promotion Period will be selected at random by Sponsor in a drawing from qualified entries and subsequently validated for meeting entry requirements.  Drawing will take place at the conclusion of the promotional period.

Notification of Winners:

Sponsor will first notify the potential winner via email, phone and/or through social media.  If any winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within five (5) business days after being notified that he or she is a winner that winner will have been deemed to forfeit his or her prize and another winner may be chosen using the same procedure specified above.

Prizes:

The prize advertised on the entry form will be awarded to the winner. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.  No prize may be wagered, exchanged, or otherwise used to accumulate additional prizes. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize, or is disqualified, Sponsor shall determine an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. 

Privacy:

By participating, participants acknowledge and agree that any personal information that they provided may be maintained, used, and disclosed in accordance with BIG R’s privacy policy, which can be found at https://bigronline.com/privacy-terms/.

Publicity: 

By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winners grant Sponsor the exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with publicizing this and other promotions and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.  Sponsor will not share any personal information obtained through any participant’s entry with third parties for any purpose, other than through advertising, publicity, or related uses.

Release: 

You are participating in the promotion voluntarily.  You assume all such risks and all related damages and losses, whether caused in whole or in part by any act or omission of Sponsor or its affiliates, or any of their such officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors (“Sponsor Parties”), even where such acts or omissions are negligent.  You voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor Parties from any and all claims arising from or relating to your participation in the Promotion and/or acceptance, possession, and use of any prize.

Applicable Law & Severability:

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and any offers, terms, rules, or conditions associated with the Promotion are VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.  If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then such provision shall be construed, limited, modified, or, if necessary, severed to the extent necessary to eliminate its invalidity or unenforceability, without in any way affecting the remaining parts of these Official Rules.
