On IK Multimedia's website, and theloudwirce website, and social media, a contest called “IK Multimedia and BPMD's "American Made" Giveaway” is published (the “Contest”). These rules apply to this contest. The Contest begins on the date stated on  Monday, June 15th 2020 and ends at 11:59 P.M. PST (GMT - 8) [June 29, 2020]. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Incomplete or unintelligible entries, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, will be disqualified. Limit of (1) entry per person. No copies, facsimiles or mechanically reproduced forms of entry permitted. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor’s servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsor in their sole discretion; reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries and photos become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By providing your e-mail address, you grant Sponsor the right to send you commercial messages, unless specified otherwise as indicated on the entry form.

 

PRIZE DRAWINGS AND NOTIFICATION OF CHOSEN ENTRANTS: A random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on on the schedule posted on the IK Multimedia web site during the Giveaway Period from among all eligible entries received to award one prize (described below). Selected entrants will be notified by email and will be required to respond (as directed) to the e-mail notification within 7 days of attempted notification. Failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize. Selected entrants may also be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability / publicity release (except where such a requirement is prohibited by law). If the completed Release is not returned within the time specified, the prize may be forfeited.

Limit one (1) prize per person/household. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for any prize, except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize with a prize of equal value, due to unavailability of advertised prize. The prize will be awarded provided the prize is properly claimed. The prize will be shipped or electronically delivered by Sponsor to the winners within 6-7 weeks of the receipt of the winner’s shipping address. Prize winners are responsible for all taxes and fees related to any prize received. Actual retail value of prizes may vary due to market conditions. The difference in value of prize as stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded.
