Official Rules

BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT REQUIRES YOU TO INDEMNIFY AND RELEASE ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES (AS DEFINED BELOW) AND TO AGREE TO ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF.  

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR TRANSACTIONS OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

ELIGIBILITY:    
Advia Credit Union’s Home Builders Association (HBA) Ticket Giveaway (“Giveaway” or “Sweepstakes”) is open to Advia Credit Union members and non-members who are legal residents of the States of Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin, and are 18 years of age or older as of February 18, 2026 (“Eligible Participants”). Employees and volunteers of Advia Credit Union (“Sponsor” or “Advia Credit Union”), JXM advertising agency, their respective subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, each of their respective officers, directors, and agents (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and their immediate families (spouse, parents, IRS dependents, children and siblings and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of such employees, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of the prize winner. Giveaway is subject to all applicable, federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void in all other States of the United States and U.S. Territories and wherever else prohibited by law.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. 

DESCRIPTION & GIVEAWAY TIMING: Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on of February 18, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 3, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s computer will be the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.  

TO ENTER: Visit the entry form submission page located at  https://woobox.com/vfqz7w  and follow the instructions to electronically complete and submit the entry form.  You must complete all required fields to be eligible. Valid contact information must be provided by entrant for entry to be eligible. Mail-in entries will not be accepted for electronic sweepstakes. 

Please be advised that you are only entering Advia Credit Union’s Home Builders Association (HBA) Ticket Giveaway and will NOT receive an entry into any other sweepstakes at this time. By participating in the Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes.  Sweepstakes entries are limited to no more than one (1) for the entire Sweepstakes Promotion Period regardless of entry method used. 

PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION: At the time of Sweepstakes entry, entrants will have the opportunity to opt-in to receive further communications from the Sponsor. Entrants are not required to opt-in to participate in this Sweepstakes and opting in will not increase your chances of winning. If an entrant chooses to opt-in, the entrant thereby grants the Sponsor permission to send him/her future communications regarding services, incentives, offers, promotions, or other messaging related to the Sponsor’s services and products. META POLICIES: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable Facebook and Meta policies. This includes but is not limited to Meta’s Terms of Service, Community Standards, Partner Monetization and Content Monetization policies, and product terms of service. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. Sweepstakes may be administered on Pages, Groups, Events or within apps on Facebook. Facebook will not assist Sponsor in the administration of Sweepstakes, and Sponsor agrees that if Sponsor uses a Facebook product or service to administer the Sweepstakes, Sponsor does so at its own risk. Sweepstakes must be offered broadly on Advia Credit Union’s Facebook Page. Personal Timelines and friend connections must not be used to administer promotions (ex: “share on your Timeline to enter” or “share on your friend's Timeline to get additional entries”, and "tag your friends in this post to enter" are not permitted). 

RANDOM DRAWING DETAILS & WINNER SELECTION: A total of twenty-five (25) random drawing on or about 3:00 PM EDT March 5, 2026, from all eligible entries received will be conducted by Advia Credit Union, through the independent platform WooBox, subject to verification and compliance with the rules. 

Winner will be contacted at the email provided when they entered the Giveaway. If an entrant selected as the winner cannot be reached after ten (10) days, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these official rules, that entrant shall be disqualified. WINNER WILL BE DETERMINED AFTER THEY CONFIRM THEIR ELIGIBILITY. An alternate winner may be selected at random from among remaining entries. Advia Credit Union is not responsible for a winner’s failure to answer email or messages. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

Decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding on all matters relating to the random drawing and all other matters regarding this Giveaway. Giveaway will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received in order to conduct the random drawing. Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor (as noted below) who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value and comparable use for any reason. 

PRIZE: One (1) Prize containing four (4) tickets to the Home Builders Association Home & Garden Expo for one (1) day-entry between March 13-15, 2026, at the Kalamazoo County Expo Center (2900 Lake Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49048). The specific tickets in connection with the Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Selected Entrant will pickup the Prize from Will Call/Ticketing at the Kalamazoo County Expo Center (2900 Lake Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49048) on the day of entry. A selected Entrant’s failure to provide a valid email address, confirm receipt of the Prize email, and/or to otherwise redeem the Prize will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Prize will be awarded within two (2) weeks after prize confirmation and verification have been completed. There will be a total of twenty-five (25) winners for this Entry Period. 

Winners shall bear all risk of loss to their prize after being awarded it by Advia Credit Union who is not responsible for it being lost or stolen; nor will the prize be replaced. Any and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically stated within these Official Rules as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner, including, without limitation, all federal, state, and local taxes. If due to a printing, production, technical, human, or other type of error, more than one (1)  Prize is claimed by the same member than is to be awarded, the intended prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated prize claims received for the Prize. In no event will more than one (1) Prize be awarded to the same member.  

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: Prize Winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit *of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity/Release Form (“Affidavit”) before being awarded the prize which must be returned within ten (10) days of attempted notification. As required by law, any Prize winners awarded a combination of prizes valued at $600 or more for a calendar year will also be required to report their prize to the IRS and complete the W9 Form with their social security number. Prize award is subject to verification of potential Prize winner’s identity and eligibility to Sponsor’s satisfaction. In the event that a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to return the Affidavit within the required timeframe noted above, refuses the prize, or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, if time permitting, up to four (4) alternates. If each of the alternate potential winners are disqualified, the prize will not be awarded. No compensation will be given upon prize forfeiture.  

GENERAL CONDITIONS: All materials submitted become the sole property of Advia Credit Union and will not be returned. The Affidavit is subject to verification by Advia Credit Union. The awarding of the prize is contingent on individual’s full compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Advia Credit Union in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right not to award the stated prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that it does not have a sufficient number of qualified entries. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission of the winner to allow Advia Credit Union and its agencies the right to use winner’s name, city, state, prize information, biographical information, comments, voice, image, photograph, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, trade and/or publicity without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in perpetuity, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval, unless prohibited by law. If a winner is found to have falsified any data or material, the winner forfeits his/her prize and is disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected according to the original winner selection method. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures, or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes or advertising materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.  

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same phone number. In the event of a dispute over the identity of the potential winner, the entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the phone number submitted at the time of entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of such phone number. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person assigned to a phone number by a mobile phone carrier, service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning phone number associated with the submitted phone number. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her phone number after the Sweepstakes Promotional Period has ended. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrant. By participating in the Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless employees and volunteers of Sponsor, Facebook (“Meta”), JXM advertising agency and their respective parent, subsidiaries and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, agents, successors and assigns, (collectively “Releasees”), from any injuries, losses, damages, claims and actions of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, non-use or misuse of a prize. Advia Credit Union and its agents, as defined above as part of Releasees, shall not be responsible for printing, typographical or other inadvertent errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials or other errors relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of winner; or winner’s paperwork to be processed that is lost, misdirected, delayed, undecipherable, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly for any reason, including any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computer, telephone, paper transfer, or human error or electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error. Sponsor is not required to enter into correspondence with entrants, including via e-mail or SMS/text message. Sponsor and all other Released Parties (as defined above) have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any part of the Prize, including, without limitation, as to such Prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.  

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS & SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADVIA CREDIT UNION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Advia Credit Union’s failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Each entry must be manually key stroked and manually entered by the individual entrant. Any automated and/or electronic submission of entry (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot, or Sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email or IP addresses may be blocked. If, in Advia Credit Union’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Advia Credit Union reserves the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes among all valid entries received as of the termination date. The Sponsor will not be responsible for acts of God, dangerous weather conditions, pandemic virus, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other matters beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control (each a “Force Majeure” event) that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Sweepstakes. In the event of termination of the Sweepstakes, a notice will be publicized by Sponsor and a drawing to award the Prize will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination.   

In the event of any discrepancy between the privacy policy and these Official Rules, the privacy policy shall control and govern. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan.  

Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the participant and any Releasee, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the prize awarded, or the determination of the winner must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will a participant be permitted or entitled to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 

INTERNET: If for any reason, the internet-related portion of this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the Giveaway, Advia Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the Giveaway or any portion of the Giveaway. Advia Credit Union is not responsible for internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
