Official Rules – Euroky Art Carton Challenge

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by Euroky. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

The Euroky Art Carton Challenge is open only to individuals residing in the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, partners, or agents of Euroky and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

To participate:

• Create original artwork using  The Euroky carton materials.
• Upload your entry using the official form by the Deadline Date.
• One (1) entry per person. Multiple submissions will be disqualified.
• Entries must be original and must not infringe on any copyrights or third-party rights.

4. Submission Rights

By entering, you confirm that:

• You are the sole creator and owner of the submitted artwork.
• Your submission does not include any offensive, unlawful, or infringing content.
• You retain full ownership of your artwork.
• You grant Euroky a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your submission solely for the purposes of:
• Displaying, promoting, and celebrating the contest and its participants.
• Sharing on Euroky’s official channels (such as social media, websites, and email communications).
• This license is limited to promotional and marketing uses related to the contest and does not transfer ownership of your artwork to Euroky.
• If your artwork is selected as a winning entry, Euroky may request additional rights at that time, with your knowledge and agreement.

5. Prizes & Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen based on originality, creativity, and relevance to the theme by public vote on the platform.

• Prizes will be announced on the official challenge page.
• Winners will be notified via email or Direct Message on Instagram and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize or an alternate winner may be chosen.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is allowed.

6. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Euroky, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damages arising from your participation or the use of your submitted content.

Euroky is not responsible for:

• Late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries
• Technical or human errors
• Any issues arising from participation or prize acceptance

7. Privacy Policy

By entering this contest, you agree that Euroky may collect, store, and use your personal information to:

• Administer the contest
• Communicate with you about your entry and related promotions
• Send you occasional marketing content (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Your information may be shared with third parties for marketing purposes in accordance with our privacy practices.

8. Governing Law

This Challenge is governed by the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
