1. How To Enter: Win McFarlane Toysfor a Year: Beginning July 7^th, 2015 at 12:01 AM (MST)through November 30, 2015 at 11:59 PM (MST), go to http://woobox.com/szgwa2and complete and submit theentry form pursuant to the on-screen instructions. Entries will also be collectedat various events in 2015 by signing up for the McFarlane Toys newsletter. WinnerSelection: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among alleligible entries received on or before Nov. 30, 2015. Drawing will be conductedby TMP International/McFarlane Toys whose decisions are final. Odds of winningwill depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes& Approximate Retail Value: One (1) Winner will receive all newMcFarlane Toys for the entire year of 2016… approximately a $1500 retail value.

Action figuresand construction sets include may include the following brands but is subjectto change at the sole discretion of the Sponsor: (1) AMC’s The Walking Dead,(2) The Walking Dead Comic, (3) NFL, (4) HBO’s Game of Thrones, (5) NBA, (6) Assassin’sCreed and (7) Halo.

Winner notification: In the event the Winner doesn’t respondto Sponsor’s notification or does not accept the prize within five (5) businessdays of notification, the prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternateWinner will be selected. In the event that any one or more potential Winner(s)fails to respond as stated above, declines the prize or fails to provide signedaffidavits or releases, such Winner(s) will be deemed to forfeit the prize andSponsor will select an alternate Winner(s) from the remaining eligible entrants.If any alternate(s) similarly fails to respond or declines the prize, Sponsorwill use a reasonable number of attempts, in its discretion, to award theprize(s) to another alternate(s) but if it is unable to do so, the prize(s)will be finally forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further liability inconnection with this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified via e-mail or postalmail at Sponsor's discretion, on or about Dec 1, 2015. Winners'List: Winner’s name will be posted online at www.mcfarlane.com, www.facebook.com/mcfarlanetoys oraround Dec. 15th, 2015.

3. ENTRIES: Limit one (1) entry per person and pere-mail address. Multiple entries from the same person will bedisqualified. Entries using macro, robotic, scrip or other forms ofautomatic entry will be disqualified. Entries become the property of theSponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proofof receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, or inaccurateentries. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, theprize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address.The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person towhom the e-mail address is assigned by an Internet service provider, onlineservice provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educationalinstitution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for thedomain associated with the submitted email address.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Opento legal residents of the United States and Canada ages 18years or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and whereprohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, affiliates andsubsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, and prizesuppliers (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in thesame household of each such employee) are not eligible.

5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Entrants must have avalid e-mail address, and it is entrant's responsibility to update Sponsor ofany change in e-mail address. Expenses not specifically included in prizedescription and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each prizeis awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express orimplied, outside of manufacturer's limited warranty. Contest does not includeresin statues, work for hire projects or retailer/brand exclusive products butis up to the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No transfer, assignment, orsubstitution of a prize permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right tosubstitute for prize an item of equal or greater value in the event anadvertised prize is unavailable. All federal, state and local laws andregulations apply. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these OfficialRules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on allmatters pertaining to this Promotion. Winner may be required to sign and returnan Affidavit of Eligibility, W-9 form, a Liability Release, and, where legallypermissible, a Publicity Release within 7 days following the date of firstattempted notification. Failure to comply with this deadline may result inforfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Return of anyprize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification andselection of an alternate winner. Winner hereby further agrees that he/she willsign any documents necessary to transfer copyright of the entry to Sponsorwithin 7 days following the date of first attempted notification. Acceptance ofthe prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use winner'sname and/or likeness, biographical material, and/or entry (including an alteredform of the entry) for advertising and promotional purposes without additionalcompensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees tohold Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and their respectiveparent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representative agents,successors, assigns, officers, directors, and employees harmless for any injuryor damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Promotion oracceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing,typographical, mechanical, or other error in the printing of the offer,administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prize.

6. PRIZE FULFILLMENT: One the Winner has filled out the forms in the designated timeframe, the Sponsor will identify four quarterly shipments to be delivered tothe Winners home address (note: we cannot ship to a P.O. Box). Prizes can onlybe addressed to the Winner. The Winner will have the opportunity to receive afree Todd McFarlane signature on each item if desired. Fulfilling this requestis at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and may cause delayed delivery dates.

7. INTERNET: Sponsor is notresponsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission,interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft ordestruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or fortechnical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, orsoftware malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissionsof or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on accountof technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Websiteor any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of theprogram is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computervirus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures,or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security,fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves theright at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend thePromotion. Sponsor reserves the right to select winners from eligible entriesreceived as of the termination date. Sponsor further reserves the right todisqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor mayprohibit an entrant from participating in a Promotion if it determines thatsaid entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of thePromotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices orintending to abuse, threaten, or harass other entrants. Caution: Any attempt bya participant to deliberately damage any Website or undermine the legitimateoperation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and shouldsuch an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from anysuch participant to the fullest extent of the law.

8. DISPUTES/CHOICEOF LAW: Except where prohibited,each Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of actionarising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall beresolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusivelyby state or federal courts situated in Maricopa County, AZ; (2) any and allclaims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costsincurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; (3) no punitive, incidental,special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lostprofits, may be awarded (collectively, “Special Damages”), and (4) Entranthereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have suchdamages multiplied or increased. Arizona law governs the Sweepstakes and allaspects related thereto.
