Employees and contractors of KGW-TV (the sponsor), Sander OperatingCo.III LLC, TEGNA INC, Portland Center Stage (Promotional Sponsor) and each oftheir respective affiliated companies, and advertising and promotionalagencies, contractors are not eligible to enter or to win.

How toEnter   the Sweepstakes will begin at12:01 a.m. (PT) on Sunday, August 23^rd2015 and end at 11:59 p.m. (P.T.) on Sunday, September 6^th, 2015 (the“Sweepstakes Period”). Enter byvisiting KGW-TV Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/KGWTV8,and click on the “Like” button to become a fan of KGWTV8’s Facebook page (ifyou have not done so already). Click on the Sweepstakes tab and complete all ofthe required information on the online entry and submit to receive one (1)entry. Entired limited to online one (1) entry per person, per day. For thepurposes of this sweepstakes, a day is understood to begin at 12:00a.m. PT andend at 11:59 p.m. PT that same day. Bonus entries may be earned by sharing thesweepstakes link with your friends to receive three  (3) additional entries forevery friend that enters from the shared link. Your computer must acceptcookies, or any successor or similar technology, which may be used for thepurpose of entry tracking. Ad blocking software on your computers needs to bedisabled so that it doesn’t interfere with processing your entry.

WinnerSelection   On or about September 7, 2015, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in arandom drawing from among all eligible entries received.

WinnerNotification and Acceptance Grand Prize Winner will benotified on or about the day following the drawing at the email addressprovided on winner’s entry form. Winner must respond to such notificationwithin 24 hours. Failure to respond within such time period or return of emailprize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and analternative winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.To claim prize, Winner must visit Sponsor KGW’s offices at 1501 SW JeffersonSt. Portland, Oregon (office visits must be between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5p.m. weekdays). Valid photo identification may be required by Sponsor. Winnersmust waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are non-assignable andnon-transferable. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prizes are not redeemablefor cash. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject toavailability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal orgreater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxeson prizes. Winners may be required to submit an affidavit ofeligibility/liability and publicly release which must be returned as instructedby Sponsor. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release, or to complywith any term of condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner’sdisqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and theaward of the prize to a substitute winner. Except where prohibited, acceptanceof any prize constitutes winner’s consent to the publication of his or hername, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial orpromotional purpose, without limitation of the Internet, or furthercompensation. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance withthese Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of theSponsor.

Participation  Byparticipating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and thedecisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons foundtampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solelydetermined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus,non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond reasonablecontrol of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security,fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right inits sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should theSweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reservesthe right to award prized based on the entries received before the terminationdate, Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirectedor illegible entries, or for failure to receive entries or other electroniccommunications due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind,including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardwaresoftware, whether originating with sender of Sponsor. In the event of adispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the ownerof the ISP account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an ISPaccount holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such ISP addresses forthe domain associated with such ISP account. Any questions regarding the numberof entries submitted by the owner of an ISP account agrees to fully release,forever discard and hold harmless Sponsor, PORTLAND CENTER STAGE and Facebookfrom and against all claims, costs, liabilities, losses, injuries, and damagedarising out of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any claims forpersonal injury, death or damage to or loss of property or any other harmarising out of entrants’ participation in the Sweepstakes, the receipt, use, ormisuse of any prize, or any travel or activity that is related to theSweepstakes or any prize. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed oradministered by, or associated with Facebook. Sponsor is not responsible forthe operation of PORTLAND CENTER STAGE including schedule changes,cancellations, or delays.

Construction Theinvalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affectthe validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that anysuch provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, theserules shall be constructed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid orunenforceable provision was not contained therein.

Thedecisions of Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspectsof the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will notbe responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in theseOfficial Rules or in other materials relation to the Sweepstakes.
