Open to all disc dyers worldwide
Disc must be dyed in 2025
Submissions must be original work created by the person submitting
Each disc may be submitted to one (1) award category only
Multiple discs may be submitted, but each disc must be entered separately
Minor post-dye cleanup is allowed
Stock stamps may be wiped or left intact unless the category requires otherwise (such as the Stamp Integration Award)
All submissions must include at least one clear photo of the finished disc
Some categories may require additional photos (example: daylight and glow photos for the Best Glow Award)
Voting is open to the public
Voters may vote once per day per category
Voting is limited by IP address
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the voting system may result in disqualification at the discretion of the Dyers Guild
Submissions close: December 31st at 5:00 PM CST
Voting closes: December 31st at 5:00 PM CST
Votes cast after the deadline will not be counted
Winners are determined by community vote
In the event of a tie, the Dyers Guild reserves the right to break the tie or recognize multiple winners
Winners will be announced live during the New Year’s livestream
By submitting, you grant the Dyers Guild permission to share your images on the website, livestream, and social media with credit
The Dyers Guild reserves the right to remove any submission that is inappropriate, offensive, or does not align with the spirit of the event
