ELIGIBILITY: Callisto Publishing’s National Book Lovers Day Giveaway is open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, who have submitted their entry online on read.sourcebooks.com All federal, state, provincial and local regulations apply. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER METHOD OF ENTRY. Employees of Company, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their household are not eligible to enter the Giveaway. Automated entries are prohibited, and use of any automated devices will result in disqualification. Company is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by entrants; lost or late entries or transmissions; interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions of any computer hardware, software, or any combinations thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to entrants’ systems. Incomplete or ineligible entries will be voided. All entries become the property of Company and will not be returned. If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as described in these terms and conditions, Giveaway shall have the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway.

Products are not redeemable for cash. No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes allowed. In the event of the unavailability of a product or products, Sponsor may substitute a product or products of equal or greater value. 

Any and all taxes on the Product awarded to a legal U.S. resident will be the responsibility of the winners. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any delays, damage in the delivery of the Product, and/or loss of any Product in connection with delivery of the Product via mail. While supplies last. Any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes related to a prize awarded to a legal U.S. resident are solely the responsibility of the winner and Sponsor will comply with all tax reporting requirements. All other expenses not specified as part of Product description are solely the winner’s responsibility. The Product is awarded “as is” and without any warranty, except as required by law. In no event will more than the number of Products stated in these Official Rules be awarded. 

WINNER SELECTION.

US Winner Confirmation. All entrants from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be eligible to receive prizes as provided above. Winners will be selected among all entries received by Sponsor. Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Callisto Publishing’s National Book Lovers Day Giveaway are final and binding in all matters related to Callisto Publishing’s National Book Lovers Day Giveaway. On or around Sept. 30, 2024 in New York, NY, United States or Naperville, IL, United States, Sponsor will select entrants for prizes. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified and must respond to email notification within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Winners must provide Sponsor will full contact details in order to be awarded the prize. Winners must complete, sign, and return the presented affidavit of eligibility, mutually acceptable liability release, and publicity release, and appropriate tax documents (the “U.S. Documents”) within seven (7) calendar days of delivery of the U.S. Documents, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Noncompliance with these conditions may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and Sponsor reserves the right to select alternate winners in such circumstance. 

SHIPPING: The expected shipping date for Callisto Publishing’s National Book Lovers Day Giveaway will be within forty five (45) days of the end of the Giveaway as stated herein, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Company is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Callisto Publishing’s National Book Lovers Day Giveaway form is received by the Company. Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted. 

PRIVACY POLICY: All information submitted in connection with entry to this Giveaway shall be governed by Company’s privacy policy (at www.sourcebooks.com/privacy-policy). By entering this Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this privacy policy. 

No transfer or cash or other substitution of all or part of a product is permitted, except by Company, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the product component with another of comparable or greater value. Company shall not be responsible for any delays, damage in the delivery of the product, and/or loss of any product in connection with delivery of the product via mail. 

DISCLAIMERS: By applying for the Callisto Publishing’s National Book Lovers Day Giveaway and/or accepting the product, entrants agree that Company and its parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries and affiliates, and advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and all of their respective employees, officers and directors will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by entrants for any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to person and property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the product, or participation in this Giveaway. Any dispute arising from this Giveaway will be determined according to the laws of the State of Illinois, without reference to its conflict of law principles, and by entering the entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in DuPage County and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
