To participate in this promotion, you must properly complete and submit an entry form. All entrants who select the winning team in the 2018 World Series on their entry form will be entered into a drawing for a Five Zone Thousand Trails Camping Pass (a $800 value). All entrants who select the winning team will also receive a promo code for 50% off the nightly rate of a standard RV site or rental unit for a stay of up to six (6) consecutive nights at a participating Thousand Trails campground, Encore RV Resort, or RVontheGo.com featured campground. All entrants who select the losing team will receive a promo code for 20% off the nightly rate of a standard RV site or rental unit for a stay of up to six (6) consecutive nights at a participating Thousand Trails campground, Encore RV Resort, or RVontheGo.com featured campground. The drawing will be held at our corporate office on October 31, 2018.
The winners of the drawing will be announced on the day of the drawing and notified by email. You do not need to be present to win. All entrants will be notified by email immediately after the drawing of their promo code and discount. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries, but are not expected to exceed 1:15,000 for the drawing; every entrant will receive a promo code as described above.
The Five Zone Thousand Trails Camping Pass includes use of all Thousand Trails campgrounds in all five zones for one year. Usage is subject to length of stay restrictions. The winner must sign a Thousand Trails Camping Pass Agreement.
Use of the promo codes is subject to availability and reservations are required. The promo codes cannot be used during holidays or special events. The promo codes must be used by October 31, 2019. The following resorts are excluded from the promotion: Fiesta Key RV Resort, Sunshine Key RV Resort, Grey’s Point RV Campground, Bethpage RV Campground, Pine Island RV Resort, San Francisco RV Campground, St. George RV Campground, Desert Vista RV Resort, Indian Lakes RV Campground, Little Diamond RV Campground, and Grandy Creek RV Campground.
The Camping Pass prize winner is responsible for federal and state taxes on the prize. The drawing is limited to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Due to legal restrictions, residents of AZ, FL and NV are not eligible to participate in this promotion. In addition, employees of Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Limit one entry per person. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason.
Except where prohibited by law, a potential winner must complete, sign and return to the Sponsor, within two business days, a Winner's Affidavit and Release in the form presented by the Sponsor. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Winner's Affidavit and Release within the required time period, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the potential winner will not receive any prize and an alternate winner will be chosen. Except where prohibited by law, the name and likenesses of each winner may be used by the Sponsor for promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.
