OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Maplewood Plumbing & Sewer’s NEIGHBORHOOD OF THE WEEK GIVEAWAY (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal residents age 21 or older. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all matters.

HOW TO ENTER:  From 8:00 am Central Time (CST) on January 2, 2024 through 8:00 pm CST on December 20, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”), Sponsor will conduct a weekly local Sweepstakes encouraging consumers to fill out the entry form for a chance to win a FREE Camera Drain Inspection from Maplewood Plumbing. For the week of December 16, Valley Park, MO residents are eligible to win a $25 gift certificate to TJ's Wings and a FREE Camera Drain Inspection. To enter, participants must complete the entry form that includes name, email address, and St. Louis Neighborhood. All entries must be submitted in the name of a living individual person who owns a home in Valley Park, MO. Grand Prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on or corresponds to the winning entry.  

Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, unintelligible, incomplete, lost or late entries, technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind which may limit or affect a person’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes.  In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism, computer virus mechanical, technical or operational defect or error or other events or causes beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.  In the event of cancellation, prize will be awarded from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render a participant ineligible.  All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one (1) entry per person or email address. 

HOW TO WIN:  Every Monday, one (1) winner (the “Winner”) will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received the previous week. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sweepstakes will be administered by alpha BRAVO, LLC (aB) and the decisions of aB in all matters regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding. Selected winner must respond to winning email from sponsor within 24 hours of notification. A new winner will be chosen if potential winner does not respond within this time frame. 

PRIZE:  One (1) Winner will receive a FREE Camera Drain Inspection for their home from Maplewood Plumbing and a $25 TJ's Wings gift certificate. The inspection will be recorded and a copy of the video will be sent to each winner for their records.

TOTAL PRIZE VALUE: $375.00 ($25 gift card + $350.00 inspection).

Note that the prize does not include any additional plumbing or drain cleaning services outside of the camera drain inspection. If MWP discovers any issues within the drain line, the customer may choose to hire MWP to clear the issue, or use another service at their discretion.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:  By entering this Sweepstakes, participants grant a|B the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, voices, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing their services and all matters related to the Sweepstakes, in any manner or medium, throughout the world in perpetuity. Winner may be required to sign, without limitation, affidavits of eligibility, tax acknowledgment forms, liability releases and, except where prohibited by law, use of name and likeness releases (“Winner Documents”) and return within 24 hours of receipt.  If (i) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (ii) Winner declines his or her prize, (iii) Winner fails to provide complete entry information and/or does not respond within 24 hours and/or return all required Winner Documents within the designated time period, or (iv) Winner fails to comply with any of the Official Rules and Regulations as outlined herein, such Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sweepstakes Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility and participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective employees, directors, shareholders and agents, from and against any and all claims, actions, demands and/or liability for injury, damage or loss to any person or property relating to or arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes (regardless of the cause of such injury or loss), the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded and/or printing, distribution or production errors. Participants acknowledge that prizes are awarded “as is” and that Sponsor has not made, and are not in any manner responsible or liable for any representation, guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, in law or in fact, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
