This is my foster cat Crescent Moon, one day before giving birth. We gave her a pregnancy photo shoot so she could look and feel like the queen she is.

Crescent Moon is now a great mom to six kittens, who are named after the Hawaiian islands. Best of all, this will be her last litter before going off to her forever home!

When Blossom is not busy stirring the cauldron and casting spells, she's most likely outside playing soccer! Don't let her costume fool you. Blossom is the type of player you want on your team! With her on your side, the other team is scoring NO goals. The same tenacity can transfer to any sport like basketball. Sometimes Blossom gets distracted by anything that squeeks... but when she's locked in, Blossom is unstoppable.

Just the costume suggests, his name is Pumpkin! If you haven’t heard of him by now… you must be living under a rock! Everyone in town knows him as the, “Most Handsome Boy!” And he’s probably the coolest cat on the block (or even the planet!) Pumpkin enjoys sun bathing in the backyard as he lets the so-San Diego breeze blow through his majestic coat. They say if you stumble across Pumpkin’s presence, good fortune is coming your way.

Olive (formerly Norris) was adopted from the SD Humane Society in July 2024. She’s a little chatterbox who loves sharing all about her day! Her favorite pastimes include bird-watching and playing with her butterfly toy.

Vera is our foster fail. This initially skittish, one of a kind, beauty has made herself the center of our household. This queen is full of personality and charm. She is perfectly happy to dictate the terms of all engagements with all of her subjects. Her crabby cat expressions are priceless. Vera is always ready for her close up.

Mouse is a 7-month old white cat with two beautiful different colored eyes: green and blue. He also has a multi-colored spot on the back of his neck in the shape of a mouse. He caught our attention in the shelter when he locked eyes with us and showed off his multi-syllable long string of meows, which hasn’t stopped once finding his forever home. We love telling Mouse “hello” and receiving a two-syllable meow in response, and then saying “hi” to receive a one syllable meow. He is curious but cautious, brave, high-energy, and super cuddly.

Theo is the true embodiment of “ball is life.” When he’s dreaming, he’s thinking about the most perfectly squishy tennis ball to rip apart or a wide open field for a game of fetch. He of course wears his vintage Jordan All Star jersey with immense pride 🏀🌟

Frankie is a silly orange cat who literally walked through our front door one day and into our hearts. He is a big fan of: mealtimes, trash, stealing bread, cuddling, screaming, naps, birdwatching.

He has an expression that will melt your heart!

Smallish is our king.

We adopted Socks from the El Cajon Humane Society and our lives have not been the same since! Imagine endless cuddles and sweet demeanor rolled all into one. We are so grateful to call him our pup and everyday with him brings us so much joy and love.

Dougie is a 13 year old retired TSA super sniffer! Every day is the best day of his life! His favorite things include holding onto things, being pushed around in his stroller for walks and going to the vet. He is currently battling bladder cancer but hasn’t skipped a beat, still begging for at least 3 dinners each night from his hooman!

He is the most loving puppy I’ve ever seen, ready to make everyone his friend and cuddle up. He gives great hugs when he’s not pouncing around living his happiest life.

Suka is an athletic clown. She entertains and warms our hearts every day.’

Winston is a silly and handsome kitten with his natural eyeliner and golden blush! He loves to play hide and seek and sneak up on you when you aren't looking. He's very affectionate and he loves to hangout with everyone who visits!
