If you wish to register more than two people and/or add in services not included in your package, see the price list applicable at the booking date. Give your credit card number, its expiry date and the first name and last name of the cardholder.

The application is accepted:

When registration has been processed and accepted, a confirmation e-mail is sent and the sales agreement is dispatched to the address supplied.

NB - Resorts under management contracts, can’t form part of the free offer: Yabuli, Valmorel Chalets, Valmorel 5T Space and Val d’Isere 5T Space.

The application is refused:

The Club contacts the winner and makes a counter-offer.

This holiday is understood as per the specific conditions of this offer, and the general or specific conditions of sale in the Club Méditerranée catalogues and brochures (e.g. Trident brochure, Club Med Découverte, Club Med 2). In the event of any discrepancies between the above and the conditions of this offer, the conditions of this offer will take precedence.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER:

·         Date of registration: At least two months before the departure date.

·          Confirmation of departure dates of accommodation can only be arranged 8 weeks prior to departure

·          Each registration is subject to a systematic study of availability of the holiday/tour and transportation at the resort, and to the dates requested by the winner. If the resort, the tour or the dates requested are not available, Club Méditerranée will make an offer to the winner, depending on availability, alternative services (date change for the same resort/tour or change of resort/tour on the same date or change of date and resort/tour or extension of the validity of the free voucher).

·          Although, this price does not include flights, Club Med Team can arrange this at extra cost.

·          If, prior to the departure, Club Méditerranée simply cancels the winner's holiday/tour, for any reason as stipulated by the provisions of the general conditions of sale applicable to the holiday/tour concerned, the winner will be offered alternative services, unless circumstances of force majeure apply. Cancellation of the holiday and the alternative choices offered will be notified to the winner by Club Méditerranée by phone and/or any other means available to the Club. Cancellations do not entail any rights other than those already stipulated (alternative services), and no refunds of packages or compensation will be forthcoming after a cancellation.

·          This offer does not include services and/or activities (e.g. excursions, food and drink other than regular meals, tourist card, visas, ski equipment etc.) at extra cost.

·          We wish to draw your attention to the fact that, if you make a cancellation, your holiday cannot be deferred and cannot be recouped (unless a specific derogation is applied).

·          We also wish to draw your attention to the fact that the date of departure and the destination chosen are final and definitive when registration has been accepted by Club Méditerranée. No modifications to the date of departure and/or the destination by the winner will be accepted when the registration has been made (unless a specific derogation is applied).

·          Registration by the winner entails acceptance with no reservations by the winner and by any person that may be accompanying the winner of the general or specific conditions of sale applicable in the current brochures and catalogues specified above. This voucher may not be transferred gratuitously, unless a specific derogation is applied.
