Guidelines for Submissions to #MedelaMailMyMilk Program
April 29, 2021
Medela is seeking submissions for its #MedelaMailMyMilk Program (“Promotion”). #MedelaMailMyMilk is designed to encourage all breastfeeding mothers in this post-COVID world by sharing the personal stories of moms who are persevering to give the best they can to their babies. Inspired by the real-life story of a pumping mom and navy nurse who made the difficult decision to continue working as a nurse in a military hospital through COVID-19 and have her baby stay safely across the country with family, we are going to sponsor one mom every month, providing approximately 3 months of milk shipping* through Milk Stork.
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence. Sponsored by Medela LLC, 1101 Corporate Drive, McHenry, IL 60050 (“Sponsor”). Begins May 4th, 2021at 10AM CST and ends December 31st, 2021 at 11:59 PM CST (the “Promotion Period”). Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these submission guidelines.
How to Enter: To enter your submission, use hashtag #MedelaMailMyMilk on Instagram or comlplete entry form on woobox.com. Submissions must be entered by December 31st, 2021 to be eligible for selection. Limit one (1) entry per participant during the Promotion Period. To be deemed valid, entries must comply with the requirements imposed in these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, or misdirected entries. Sponsor is further not responsible for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic, or human. Any attempt to make more than the stated number of entries by using multiple accounts or by any other method may void all entries from that participant. From all submissions that meet the requirements herein, Medela LLC will choose one (1) winner each month to be awarded 6 Milk Stork Shipments valued at $1,674.00

Winner Selection and Notification: On or about the 15th of each month, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from eligible entrants to be awarded 6 Milk Stork shipments. The winner must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org[DF1] with their complete name, address, city, state, ZIP code, and daytime phone number in order to claim the prize (subject to verification). A potential winner that only provides a post office box address will be disqualified. Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from all claims, liability or damage caused or claimed to be caused, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with their participation in the Promotion, the operation of any website or Released Parties’ use of any of the rights granted herein.
