Babyline Baby of the Year 2025 – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of Zimbabwe with children aged 0–3 years.
• Entrants must be the legal parent or guardian of the child entered into the competition.
• Employees of Chicago Cosmetics (Pvt) Ltd., its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Guidelines

• Entries must be submitted via the official competition platform within the advertised time frame.
• Only one entry per baby is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
• All images submitted must be clear, appropriate, and free from watermarks or logos.
• By entering, participants grant Chicago Cosmetics (Pvt) Ltd. the right to use submitted photos for promotional purposes on all media platforms.

3. Voting Rules

• Voting is free and open to the public via the official competition platform only.
• Each person is allowed one vote only per baby, throughout the entire competition period.
• Any attempt to manipulate the voting process, including:
  • creating fake accounts,
  • using bots or third-party services,
  • voting more than once under false identities, will result in disqualification of the entrant and/or voiding of the associated votes.
• Chicago Cosmetics (Pvt) Ltd. reserves the right to audit voting patterns and disqualify any votes deemed suspicious.

4. Winner Selection and Prize

• The winner will be the baby with the most valid votes at the close of the competition.
• In the event of a tie or dispute, Chicago Cosmetics (Pvt) Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision based on verification and authenticity of votes.
• The winner will be contacted directly and announced on Chicago Cosmetics (Pvt) Ltd.’s official social media and website.
• The prize is non-transferable and product cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Social Media Conduct

• We encourage supportive, positive, and family-friendly interaction on all Chicago Cosmetics (Pvt) Ltd. social media posts related to the competition.
• Abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or spam comments will be removed, and users may be banned from further interaction.
• Chicago Cosmetics (Pvt) Ltd. reserves the right to report and take legal action against individuals who harass, defame, or threaten participants, voters, or the organizing team.

6. General Conditions

• By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions in full.
• Chicago Cosmetics (Pvt) Ltd. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice, should circumstances arise outside of its control.
• All decisions made by Chicago Cosmetics (Pvt) Ltd. regarding this competition are final and binding.
