Centennial’s 12 Days of Giving – Day 12: The Gift Of Warmth Contest Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• This contest is open to residents of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, who are 18 years or older.
• Nominees must own the home they live in. Renters are not eligible.
• To be eligible, the nominee’s home must currently have a conventional forced air heating system.
• The prize has a maximum value of $8,000 and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
• Exclusions and additional restrictions may apply.

How to Enter:

Submit a short written nomination (5–7 sentences) explaining why you or someone you know deserves the gift of warmth this holiday season. Entries must be submitted through the official form on Centennial’s website.

Contest Period:

• Entries Open: December 24, 2024, at 12:01 AM
• Entries Close: January 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM

Prize Details:

• The winner will receive a new furnace, fully installed, valued at up to $8,000.
• The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• Centennial (“Contest Organizer”) will review all entries and select one winner at its sole discretion based on the content and sincerity of the submission.
• The selected winner will be announced on Friday, January 17, 2025.
• The winner must claim their prize within 24 hours of being notified. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
• Once the winner is selected, Centennial reserves the right to refuse to perform the installation for any reason.

Marketing and Publicity:

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in marketing activities, including photos and videos, which may be used across Centennial’s marketing channels.

Harassment Clause:

• Centennial is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all participants and staff.
• Any form of harassment, intimidation, or abusive behavior towards Centennial staff, contest organizers, or other participants will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to further action, including reporting to authorities if necessary.
• Participants are expected to engage respectfully and abide by these terms throughout the contest.

No Slander Clause:

• By entering the contest, participants and nominees agree not to slander or defame Centennial, its staff, or its partners at any time during or after the contest period.

Additional Terms:

• By participating, all entrants/nominees agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
• Centennial reserves the right to cancel, modify, or change the contest and its terms at any time.
