Blue Rhino’s Summer Grilling Series Photo Sweepstakes 

Rules and Regulations 

Important: Please read these rules before entering this Summer Grilling Series Photo Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all the eligibility requirements below.  

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and directors of Ferrellgas, L.P. d/b/a Blue Rhino (Blue Rhino) and its affiliates, and any advertising or promotion agencies or contractors who are under contract or have performed work on behalf of Blue Rhino during (or during the period six months prior to) the Promotion Period, and the immediate families (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) and members of the same household of each of the above, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules and to the decision of the Administrator and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. 

The Sweepstakes begins June 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends August 13, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”). 

Entry: You may enter by submitting a photograph with a completed form. Entrant represents that he or she has all necessary rights to grant a license to the Administrator to publish and reuse posts for any purpose without compensation and that Entrant hereby grants such license together with right to use Entrant’s name. No other method of entry is permitted. No mechanically reproduced or automatically generated entries are permitted. Incomplete, illegible, or garbled entries will be disqualified. If you enter using a mobile device, standard message and data charges may apply from your carrier. 

As Sponsor, Blue Rhino may display all Entries on both Blue Rhino and Ferrellgas’ social media platforms. By uploading or submitting your Entry, you agree that your Entry conforms to the Entry Guidelines and Content Restrictions listed below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Blue Rhino, in its sole discretion, may remove your Entry and disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your Entry fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions. By uploading or submitting your Entry, in addition to rights granted below, you: (a) grant to Sponsor all rights necessary to display your Entry on Blue Rhino and Ferrellgas’ websites and social media pages; (b) hereby waive any so-called moral (e.g., creative) rights in your Entry; (c) represent and warrant that you have the right to grant the rights granted in these Official Rules; and (d) represent and warrant that your Entry and its use as contemplated in these Official Rules does not and will not violate, misappropriate, or infringe upon any law or regulation or the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, or any rights of publicity or privacy, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.  

Winner Selection. All eligible entries will be displayed on BlueRhino.com as they are received during the Promotion Period. One winner will be selected at random and announced on or about Thursday, August 14, 2025. 

Prizes. One (1) winner will receive: 

One (1) Operation BBQ Relief Cookbook; 

One (1) Operation BBQ Relief baseball cap; 

One (1) Blue Rhino apron;  

Three (3) vouchers (each valid up to $25.99) for Blue Rhino propane tank exchanges. Vouchers expire December 31, 2025. 

Total value of prize package is estimated at $152.00. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed (except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater approximate retail value). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Any expenses that may be associated with receipt or use of prize that are not specifically listed herein are the responsibility of the winner of that prize. All federal, state/provincial/territorial, and local taxes on a prize (as well as any incidental costs that may be associated with the prize) are the sole responsibility of the winner of that prize. 

  

For All Entries: You may submit one Entry during the Promotion Period. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limit, whether through multiple or different applicable accounts or means, will be void. Entrant must have signed permission from all individuals (parents/legal guardian of children, if featured and if not your own) that appear in the Entry to use their names and images in the Entry and to grant the rights set forth herein. If requested by Sponsor, Entrant must be able to provide such permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor. By uploading or submitting an Entry, Entrant grants to Blue Rhino (and Sponsor’s licensees and assigns) a royalty-free, assignable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Entries in whole or in part, and otherwise use the Entry in all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in any way Blue Rhino sees fit including, but not limited to, entertainment, instruction/education, promotional, advertising and/or marketing or trade association purposes. In connection with all rights granted herein, Blue Rhino (and Sponsor’s licensees and assigns) shall also have the right to incorporate Entries, in whole or in part, into other works, in any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed. If necessary, Entrant will sign any necessary documentation that may be required for Blue Rhino or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights Entrant is granting to use the Entry.  

Compliance: Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Announcement and instructions for the Prize will be sent by private message to the potential Prize winner’s email or social media account, including requesting the potential winner to provide his/her complete first and last name (no initials), email address, physical mailing address, telephone number, and date of birth. Once the potential winner’s initial information is received, Administrator will send Prize in the mail within approximately twenty-four (24) hours. Potential winner has forty-eight (48) hours to respond to the Administrator’s message with the requested information or the Prize may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be forfeited. All federal, state, and local taxes imposed on the acceptance of a Prize are solely the responsibility of each winner. Administrator will attempt to notify each potential winner as set forth above, but Administrator and Sponsor are not responsible for any undelivered direct messages, emails, or other attempts at contact, including, without limitation, emails that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which can divert any Sweepstakes email, including any winner notification email, to a spam or junk folder. The right to receive a Prize is non-assignable, non-transferable, and no Prize substitution or exchange will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value. Any and all other costs and expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold Blue Rhino and its divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, sales representatives, contractors, and advertising and promotion agencies harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Privacy Policy: Any personal identifiable information collected during an Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or its agent and used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, and marketers for the sole purpose of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules, in accordance with Sponsor’s Website Privacy Policy at https://bluerhino.com/privacy-policy. Please note, Sponsor’s Website Privacy Policy follows its parent company, Ferrellgas Partners, L.P.’s Privacy Policy. 

Winners List: To obtain the name of the Prize Winner for the given Promotion Period, available within seven (7) days of the end of a given Promotion Period, visit https://www.facebook.com/BlueRhino.
