OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Timing: The Purchasing Power Financial Wellness @Work Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on May 31, 2017 at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 23, 2017 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s computer will be the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to persons who are a) currently working at eligible employers, associations, or employees of the Federal government; b) legal United States residents residing in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia; c) eighteen (18) years of age or older who have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction where they reside at time of entry; and d) Purchasing Power members and those who sign up for Purchasing Power membership during the Promotion Period. Sweepstakes is not open to members of the general public. Void where prohibited by law. Employees (including immediate family members [spouse, parents, siblings and children] and those living in the same household of each such employee) of Purchasing Power LLC, (“Sponsor”), Marketing Visions, Inc. (“Administrator”), their parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. How To Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes (you may enter once per day):
A. At The Purchasing Power Promotional Bus: You will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry by visiting a Purchasing Power Promotional Bus (“Bus”) during the Promotion Period, accessing the Sweepstakes Application from a designated iPad or computer at the Bus, and following the on-screen instructions to complete all required fields. After all required fields have been completed, click on the “Enter” button to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Purchasing Power will host a Bus at multiple locations (each a “Location”) during the Promotion Period.
B. Online: Access the Internet from a computer and/or smartphone and go to www.Roadshow.PurchasingPower.com. Locate the link to the “Purchasing Power Financial Wellness @Work Sweepstakes” and click on it. Once you have accessed the Sweepstakes Application, follow the on-screen instructions and complete all required fields, then click on the “Enter” button to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
At the time of registration, entrants, at their option and discretion, may elect to “opt-out” to not receive future marketing and promotional communications from Sponsor. Choosing to “opt-out” or “opt-in” will not affect entrants’ chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person per day regardless of the method of entry. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) Sweepstakes entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and/or logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
Use of any automated system, bots and/or other programs and/or software to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your Internet service provider will apply.
4. Random Drawing: Four (4) potential prize winners will be selected in a random drawing (“Drawing”) on or about June 30, 2017 from among all eligible entries received. The Drawing will be conducted under the direction of Administrator whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The potential prize winners will be notified by e-mail, postal mail or phone within three (3) days after the drawing is held.
Potential prize winners may be required to sign and return to Administrator, within five (5) business days of the date notice is sent, an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and (where imposing such condition is legal) a publicity release (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”) in order to have the opportunity to receive a prize. The potential winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will also be required to complete an IRS W-9 form. If a potential prize winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Prize Claim Documents within the required time period, then such potential prize winner may be disqualified and/or otherwise forfeit his or her opportunity to receive a prize. In the event that a potential prize winner is disqualified for any reason, there will be three (3) alternate drawings following the procedure stated above, after which the prize in question will remain unawarded. Prize will be awarded to the person whose name is on the entry.
5. Prizes And Approximate Retail Value: There are four (4) Prizes available to be won in this Sweepstakes, including one (1) Grand Prize, one (1) Second Prize, one (1) Third Prize, and one (1) Fourth Prize.
5a. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available consisting of a seven (7) day Carnival Magic Caribbean Cruise (“Cruise”) for the winner and one (1) guest sharing interior room accommodations departing from Orlando, FL during October 2017. Trip package includes round trip economy class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport near winner’s residence to a major Orlando, FL area airport for the winner and one (1) guest, and most shipboard meals (certain alternate dining options require payment of a fee). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,375.
Winner and his or her guest must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Restrictions may apply. All prize details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance or use of any prize that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules as being part of the Grand Prize (including without limitation ground transfers, shore excursions, hotel service charges, personal onboard expenses, or applicable passport, visa and entry/exit fees) are the responsibility of the winner. Ship's registry: The Bahamas, Panama & Malta. The Grand Prize is provided subject to the Carnival Cruise Line Contract and their applicable terms and conditions. Guest under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent, relative or guardian 18 years or older in the same stateroom. Prior to tickets being issued, Prize winner’s guest must sign and return a liability/publicity release. If the guest is a minor, the liability/publicity release must be signed by the minor guest’s parent/legal guardian. Winner and guest are responsible to obtain and maintain their own insurance relative to prize (if desired). Prize winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual retail value of the prize following the date prize is awarded. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-negotiable for cash, may not be resold, may not be valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles, and cannot be used as partial payment toward a different cruise or stateroom category other than that assigned. The Grand Prize winner and guest are NOT eligible for Carnival Cruise Line Cancellation Protection Plan programs in connection with the Grand Prize. No substitution of the prize or any component thereof is permitted, except in the discretion of Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value. The prize will be awarded if properly claimed.

5d. Fourth Prize: One (1) fourth prize is available consisting of a $500 designer and fashion shopping spree on purchasingpower.com. Winner will be asked to select the product(s) they wish to have up to $500 retail value. The winner will have four (4) weeks from time of notice to make their prize selection(s). ARV is $500.
For all prizes, winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Prizes are awarded “as is” and without any warranty, except as required by law. Prizes will be awarded only to a Winner who is an eligible entrant. If a prize winner makes any false statements in any document referenced above, the winner will be required to promptly return to Sponsor upon demand the cash equivalent of the prize won. Limit one (1) prize per person. Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. No assignment, transfer, or substitution of prize, in whole or in part, is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. The odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received. TOTAL MAXIMUM VALUE OF ALL PRIZES AVAILABLE TO BE WON: $5,000.
6. Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or receiving the prize, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, licensors, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of the prize.
7. Publicity: Except where such condition is legally prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes and accepting the Prize, the verified winner hereby agrees and grants the Sponsor and its designees the right, but not the obligation, to the use of winner's name, voice, likeness, photograph, and opinions along with his or her address (city and state) and any statements made by or attributed to such winner in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, without notice, review or approval, in perpetuity and throughout the universe for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes and other promotions without further compensation, and releases the Sponsor and its designees from any liability with respect thereto.
8. Limitations of Liability The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein.
9. General Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are not received for any reason, including any computer, online, telephone, human error, technical malfunctions, lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures (whether due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud), or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. If Sponsor terminates this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award the prize from among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on‑line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error, or any combination thereof.
10. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Georgia, U.S.A. “Georgia”; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Georgia.
11. Entrant's Personal Information: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
12. Winners List: For Sweepstakes results (available after July 31, 2017) and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: The Purchasing Power Financial Wellness @Work Sweepstakes, P.O.
