Terms and Conditions

 

1. Campaign Period 

  1. The “Emborg Christmas RM5 Cashback Promo” (“Campaign”) commences on 16th November 2023, 12.00am and ends on 31st December 2023, 11.59pm (“Campaign Period”).
  2. EMBORG (“The Organiser”) reserves the right upon giving adequate prior notice to change the duration and/or the commencement and/or expiry dates of the Campaign Period.
  3. The Redemption is limited to Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Thousand [RM20,000] worth of e-Wallet credits from Touch ‘n Go throughout the Campaign Period.

 

2. How to Enter

  1. To participate in this campaign and redeem Ringgit Malaysia Five [RM5] cashback, all Entrants need to:
    1. Purchase a minimum of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Five [RM25] [“Minimum Purchase”] of any Emborg products in a single original receipt from any instore outlet [“Receipt”] or invoice and/or order screenshot from participating online merchants, namely GrabMart or PandaMart [“Invoice”] during the Campaign Period.
    2. Scan the QR code in-store or visit the this link (https://woobox.com/xs3qkz) [“Campaign Website”]
    3. Submit entry by completing the form on the site (Key in your Full Name, IC/Passport Number, Mobile Number) and upload a clear and legible Photo of Receipt/Invoice complete with Receipt Details or Invoice Details
  2. In-store Outlet Receipt: The Receipt must come in the form of printed receipts from point-of-sale systems for in-store outlet purchases. The Receipt must bear the name and/or logo of the outlet at which the purchase was made. The Receipt must also bear the date of purchase, Products purchased, purchase amount and Receipt number [“Receipt Details”].
  3. Online Merchants Invoice: The Invoice can come in the form of a screenshot of invoice and/or order for online purchases from online merchants, namely GrabMart or PandaMart. The Invoice and/or order screenshot must bear the name and/or logo of the online merchant at which the online purchase was made. The Invoice and/or order screenshot must also bear the date of purchase, Products purchased, purchase amount, order and/or invoice number. For order screenshot it must also have the delivery status marked as “delivered”. For online purchases with promotion codes and/or discount vouchers, the final paid amount must be the Minimum Purchase amount and above to qualify [“Invoice Details”].
  4. The Campaign participation method is via Woobox only. Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish but each unique Receipt and/or Invoice is ONLY eligible for one [1] entry submission. The Organiser shall reserve the right to disqualify any Entries with reprinted Receipt and/or Invoice and/or duplicated Receipt and/or Invoice and/or Images containing more than one [1] Receipt and/or Invoice.
  5. The Organiser will process all Entries received for further processing. Unclear Images, illegible and incomplete Entries will be disqualified without further notification to the Entrants for such disqualified Entries.
  6. The Organiser shall reserve the right to request for evidence of the original Receipt and/or Invoice [hardcopy] for verification and prize redemption. Failure to produce the original Receipt and/or Invoice upon request will result in disqualification and forfeiture.

 

3. Cashback Redemption

  1. The Redemption is limited to Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Thousand [RM20,000] worth of e-Wallet credits from Touch ‘n Go throughout the Campaign Period. In the event the total Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Thousand [RM20,000] of e-wallet credit is fully redeemed, the Organiser will update the status on the Campaign Website at: https://woobox.com/xs3qkz 
  2. For each qualified Entry received, the Entrant may only redeem one [1] RM5 Cashback regardless of any amount purchased in excess of the Minimum Purchase in a single Receipt. For example: If Entrant A purchases RM50.00 of Products in a single Receipt during the Campaign Period, he/she is entitled to redeem one [1] RM5 Cashback only. If Entrant B purchases RM100.00 of Products in a single Receipt during the Campaign Period, he/she is also entitled to redeem one [1] RM5 e-Wallet credit only.
  3. Each Entrant [by unique identification number as per submission] may only redeem a maximum of four [4] cashback throughout the Campaign period.
  4. The Organiser’s service provider will send the codes for Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN valued at Ringgit Malaysia Five [RM5] to the Entrants via WhatsApp or SMS to mobile numbers of all the verified and successful Entrants within thirty [30] working days from the Entry submission.
  5. All Entrants must abide by the terms and conditions of the vendor of e-Wallet credit.   6. The Organiser will not be held responsible if the e-Wallet reload PIN cannot be delivered or deployed to the Entrants due to any change, error and/or difference in the mobile number submitted to the Organizer during Entry submission.
  7. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any one of the prize(s) with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice. Prizes are strictly not transferable, assignable, exchangeable or redeemable by the Entrant in any other form or manner other than that specified by the Organiser.

 

4. General Terms & Conditions

  1. The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice, and without any liability to any person, at any time to change the Terms and Conditions including to change the Campaign Period, make Prize substitutions, cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign in whole or in part. In the event of any changes to the Terms and Conditions, Entrants agree that their continued participation in the Campaign will constitute their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (as changed).
  2. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign including judging and selection of winners will be final, binding and conclusive on all Entrants, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
  3. Entrants may only enter the Campaign online and by submitting an entry, entrants shall be deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.
  4. Proof of submission of an Entry is not proof of receipt, and the Organiser shall not be liable for any delay, lost, damaged and/or non-receipt of submissions. The Organiser is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telecommunications network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
  5. The Campaign is open to all individuals residing in Malaysia except for the following persons: The employees of the Organiser, subsidiaries and affiliates, agencies, service provider, sponsors, dealers, retailers, or any company associated with the Campaign and the immediate family members of such persons.
  6. The Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
  7. Entrant must ensure that the name and/or logo of the outlet or online merchants, date of purchase, Products purchased, purchase amount, Receipt/Invoice number are clearly visible in the photo of the Receipt/Invoice. Receipts/Invoices not within the Campaign period, duplicate, unclear, incomplete and/or inaccurate entries submitted will be disqualified.
  8. The Organiser reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Organiser’s discretion. Failure by the Organiser to enforce any of its right at any stage does not constitute waiver of those rights.
  9. If this Campaign is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, the Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Campaign.
  10. By entering the Campaign, the Entrants give consent and absolute right to the Organiser to use their names, photographs and/or their entries as materials for the purposes of advertising, marketing, trade and/or publicity, without any prior notice. The Entrants shall not be entitled to claim ownership and/or other forms of compensation for the use of the materials by the Organiser. The Entrant shall do all things necessary to give effect to this if requested by the Organiser.
  11. The Organiser shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury in any manner whatsoever suffered by the Entrants as a result of their participation in the Campaign and /or use of the prizes.
  12. All costs and expenses incurred and/or arising from the participation in the Campaign, including without limitation, telecommunications, network, Short Messaging Services, postal and all such other charges and out-of-pocket expenses as may be incurred by an Entrant during or in connection with the Campaign shall be borne by the Entrant.
  13. This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta or Woobox. You are providing your information to the Organiser and not to Meta or Woobox. This information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Campaign. Meta or Woobox is not associated with this Campaign and by entering, you fully and completely release Meta or Woobox from any liability arising out of this Campaign.
  14. Any names, trademarks or logos used and or reproduced in any materials (including marketing and promotional materials) in connection with this Campaign, in particular that relates to the Prize, are the properties of their respective owners. This Campaign and the Organiser are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, the relevant owners, unless otherwise communicated, and such owners are not part of the Organiser’s group of companies.

  16. These terms and conditions of the Campaign shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the Malaysian law.
