CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
  2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Krispy Kreme SA and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
  4. We will accept single entries only and each entry must be completed on a separate official entry form and be in respect of a separate qualifying entry.
  5. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
  6. Promotion commences Tuesday 30 June 2020 12Noon and closes at 4pm on Sunday 19 July 2020. Valid entries must be received before the closure of the promotion.  The winners will be selected at 270 The Parade Kensington 5068 on Monday 20 July at 10.00am.  Winners will be contacted by email.  Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Store Prizes: The first 10 entries drawn will be deemed the winners. The Prize: There are 10 prize packs and each prize pack is made up of the Caramel Crave Limited Time Only Pack (3 x Salty Sensation doughnuts, 3 x Truffle-icious doughnuts, 3 x Caramel Kreme doughnuts, and 3 x Original Glazed® doughnuts.) valued at $25 each. Total Value is $250.
  8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  9. In the event that a prize(s) is/are not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value.
  10. If the winner of the major prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
  11. Unless expressly stated within these Conditions of Entry regarding all prizes, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
  12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at its discretion.
  14. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the information requested on the Entry is not provided (or provided in full), the entrant may not participate in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees and permits  the Promoter to use the entrant’s personal information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic mail messages. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
  15. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (incl. photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without further reference, payment or compensation the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
  16. Entrants under the age of 18 years must obtain parental or guardian consent prior to entering this Promotion. Where necessary, parental and guardian consent is deemed to have been provided to enable the Promoter to use an entrant’s personal information in the manner described in paragraphs 14 and 15 above.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency prior to awarding a prize.  Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
