Terms & Conditions

1. Information about how to enter and the prizes available form part of the Terms and Conditions of this competition. Participation in this competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
   
2. The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over only.
   
3. The promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
   
4. The competition commences at 5:00pm AEST on 27/09/17.
   
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, espouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or 1st cousin.
   
6. Only one entry per person is permitted.
7. Prize includes two VIP Wine Heroes passes to either the AM or PM session on Sunday October 29, including access to the Riedel VIP area and a goodie bag worth more than $200. Please note that entry to masterclasses is not included in the prize; these are ticketed separately.
8. Prize also includes overnight accommodation for two (room only) in a studio room at Pier One Sydney Harbour on Saturday October 28.
9. Prize has no cash value, cannot be exchanged and must be redeemed on October 29, 2017.
10. By entering you agree to receive communications directly from Big Top Events (organiser of Wine Heroes) about upcoming wine events and promotions.
11. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
