Family Meals Made Easy Sweepstakes - Official Rules

1. Eligibility:
The "Family Meals Made Easy Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of IGA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. Sweepstakes Period:
The sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2024 and ends on October 1, 2024 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on September 31, 2024.
3. How to Enter:
To enter, visit [Website URL] during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. Additional entries will be disqualified.
4. Grand Prize:
1 grand prize winner will receive $500 in the form of Visa gift card. 5 additional winners will receive one $100 Visa gift card each. Winners will be selected by random draw on October 9, 2024. Prize is non-transferable. No exceptions. Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 9, 2024. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within [number of days] days after the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within [number of days] days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Prize Conditions:
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
7. Publicity:
Except where prohibited, participation in the sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
8. General Conditions:
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability:
By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
10. Disputes:
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the [appropriate jurisdiction] court; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
