A minimum of twenty images illustrating what you are grateful for and/or what the Thanksgiving season means to you. You can pin words, family pictures, videos, favorite Thanksgiving recipes-- you get the idea! Put the hashtag #AttitudeOfGratitudeLJCSC and “@tag” (@lajollacosmetic) in the description of each image.

The three (3) winners will be selected and announced on Tuesday, December 5th, 2017 via email, Facebook, and other LJCSC social media platforms. This contest begins on November 3, 2017 and ends at 11:59pm (PST) November 30, 2017.

This contest is void where prohibited by applicable law. The contest is open only to entrants who are 18 years and older. Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release as a condition to the delivery of the applicable prize.

Entries and prizes are nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions are permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal, less, or greater monetary value or cash value for any prize. Winners shall be responsible and liable for all federal, state and local taxes on the value of their prize. The result of the contest will be announced on December 5, 2017.

Winner must claim their prize within seven (7) business days after the date of notification of such prize. A contest winner’s failure to respond to the prize notification within the specified seven (7) business days will be considered such contest winner’s forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting the entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for, and winner’s consent to, Sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name, likeness and/or entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. To the extent permitted by law, Entrants, agree to hold Sponsor, and each of its parent, subsidiaries, agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and assigns harmless from any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Contest and/or use or acceptance of any prize won, except to the extent that any death or personal injury is caused by the negligence of the Sponsor. Entrants certify that their Submission is original and that they are the sole and exclusive owner and right holder of the submitted Submission and that they have the right to submit the Submission in the Contest. Any false information provided within the context of the Contest by any Entrant concerning identity, ownership of the content of the Submission, postal address, telephone number, ownership of right or noncompliance with these rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the Entrant from the Contest. In addition, if submission does not include required hashtags, Sponsor pin, and other items from How to Enter section (above), that Entrant may be disqualified. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any Submission that it believes in its sole and unfettered discretion infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party or otherwise does not comply with these official rules. We expressly reserve the rights to disqualify any entries that we believe in good-faith are generated by a so-called spam or automated e-mail program or via scripts and automated submission. Additionally, we have the right to disqualify any entries of boards that have been created in previous years. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission. Sponsor is not responsible for theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind. Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof, except to the extent that any death or personal injury is caused by the negligence of the Sponsor. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, disruption or termination of the Contest Site for any reason or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to immediately cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
