Terms and Conditions
1. In these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), “we”, “our” or “us” means Camera House (The Promoter), a division of Raleru Limited (ABN 52 002 575 340) (“Raleru Limited”). Information on how to enter the Camera House 'Win a New Release DJI Drone' Promotion “the Promotion” and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry in the 'Win a New Release DJI Drone' Promotion is open to Australian residents except employees of Raleru Limited and Members (franchisees) of Raleru Limited including their families, agents and anyone else connected with the 'Win a New Release DJI Drone' promotion.
3. The major prize/s is communicated within the Camera House website.
4. The winner’s will be judged by Camera House Head Office. Competition Winner’s names will be announced 1 June, 2020 at 2pm at Camera House Head Office.
5. To enter the Promotion Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, Pre-Order the new drone then tell us in 25 words or less what you like the most about the new drone.
6. The 'Win a New Release DJI Drone' promotion commences at 10am AEST 28th April 2020 and closes at 11:30am AEST 26th May 2020.
7. You must answer the question ‘what you like the most about the new drone.'
8. Entries will be judged by Camera House Head Office at 11:00am AEST 1 June, 2020.
9. Winners will be notified by telephone/ e-mail/website. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the Winner’s name and entry.
10. If you win, you must claim your prize within 21 days after we have notified you.
11. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. All entrants acknowledge that the Promoter has the right to use the submitted entry for promotion on our social media platforms where the entrant will be appropriately acknowledged.
13. Each Eligible Entrant warrants to the Promoter that their entry was written by them and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party, including but not limited to, copyright, trade marks, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights. Each Eligible Entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from their breach of these warranties. Eligible Entrants consent to any use of their entry which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
14. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify contestants. Fraudulent activities will be monitored and will lead to exclusion. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry where it reasonably suspects that such materials are prohibited by these Terms and Conditions, any relevant law, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate. This is at the Promoter's absolute discretion and discussions will not be entered into. Entries that are considered unlawful or contain objectionable content, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive, contain nudity or otherwise objectionable will not be acceptable and deemed invalid.
15. If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
16. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
17. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any Eligible Entrant or voter; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
18. Any cost associated with accessing the Promotional Website is the entrant's or voter's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
19. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant or voter to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries or votes submitted by that entrant or voter invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to determine this in its absolute discretion.
20. The Promoter collects personal information in order to notify the winners.
21. Registration information and other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy http://www.camerahouse.com.au/privacy-policy.aspx You understand that through your use of the Site you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information.
22. Unfortunately no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we endeavour to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Accordingly any information which you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk, however once we receive your transmission, we will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of such information.
23. The Terms and Conditions, and the use of the Site and any contents thereof, are in all respects governed by and according to the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. By using the Site, you irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, for the resolution of any dispute of any kind whatsoever, including without limitation any dispute arising out of the interpretation or application of the Terms and Conditions, or your use of the Site or any material contained therein, or accessed thereby.
