Competition Terms & Conditions

TOORONGA VILLAGE MOTHERS DAY COMPETITION
1. By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Terms and Conditions of this competition are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria.
3. The competition is being run by CBRE (C) Pty Ltd ABN: 64 003 205 552 Level 21, 363 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“CBRE”) on behalf of Coles Group Property Developments Ltd ABN: 72 004 428 326 800 Toorak Road, Hawthorn East VIC 3123.
4. The Mother’s Moments Win a Kitchen Aid (“the competition”) commences at 12:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 5 May 2025.
5. The closing time for entering the competition is 11:59pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 11 May 2025.
6. Entry to the competition is limited to residents of Victoria, Australia who are 18 years of age or older.
7. To enter the competition, the entrant must follow the Tooronga Village Instagram page (@toorongavillage), ‘like’ the competition image tile, and tag a friend or family member.
8. Entry to the competition is free. Entrants will be responsible for all costs associated with entering the competition, which may include costs associated with accessing the internet or phone.
9. Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they wish.
10. There will be one prize. This prize will be a Kitchen Aid KSM192 Artisan Tilt Head Stand Mixer Lavender Cream with an approximate retail value of $879.00.
11. There will be one draw at 12:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time AEST on 12 May 2025 via Instagram. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
12. The prize winner will be contacted within 7 days of the draw via Instagram to ask confirm collection dates and times.
13. The prize will need to be collected from the Centre Management Office at Tooronga Village. The address can be found on the Tooronga Village website https://www.toorongavillage.com.au/centre-information.
14. If the prize winner does not respond to claim the prize within 7 days of being contacted, or CBRE is unable to contact the winner after numerous attempts over the 7 day period, a re-draw will be conducted within the next 10 days, in the same location, and by the same method. Re-draws will continue in the same manner until the prize has been claimed by prize winner.
15. The prize winner will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize.
16. By entering the competition the entrant agrees that they are over the age of 18 years.
17. The prize is not transferrable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or an alternative prize.
18. In the event of any confusion or challenge relating to the winner or the prize, CBRE's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. CBRE accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize.
20. If applicable, any personal information provided by an entrant to CBRE for the purpose of entering the competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with CBRE’s privacy policy (located at www.cbre.com.au/about-us/pacific-privacy-policy) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
21. Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional advertisements for this competition form part of the conditions of entry.
