“Win Your Above-Ground Pool”
Contest Rules

1. CONTEST PERIOD
1.1. The “Win Your Above-Ground Pool” contest (hereinafter the “Contest”) is organized by Club Piscine (hereinafter “Club Piscine”);
1.2. The Contest begins on April 1, 2026, and ends on April 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

2. CONTEST DESCRIPTION
2.1. Any person who purchases an above-ground pool at Club Piscine between April 1, 2026, and April 28, 2026, and completes the online registration on the contest page at clubpiscine.ca, will have the chance to be reimbursed for the value of their purchase, up to a maximum of $5,700.
2.2. A total of two (2) winners will be selected. Each winner may receive a reimbursement of up to $5,700. The reimbursement is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for another product or service, and is not applicable to previous purchases.
2.3. Only one entry per invoice or order number is allowed for the entire contest period.

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
3.1. The participant must reside in Quebec or Ontario;
3.2. The participant must be at least 18 years of age;
3.3. Club Piscine retailers, their employees, representatives, and agents, as well as individuals living with them, are not eligible to participate in the Contest;
3.4. The participant must correctly complete the registration form;
3.5. Registration for the Contest must be completed between April 1, 2026, and April 28, 2026, on the Club Piscine website to be eligible;
3.6. Only one entry is allowed per invoice or order number.

4. PRIZE AWARDING
4.1. Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries;
4.2. The draw will take place on May 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at Club Piscine headquarters located at 888, boulevard Industriel, Bois-des-Filion, Quebec;
4.3. Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email by a Club Piscine representative within ten (10) business days following the draw;
4.4. Each winner must confirm acceptance within forty-eight (48) hours of being contacted. If the winner fails to do so, or does not meet eligibility requirements, a new draw will be conducted.

Before being declared a winner, the selected participant must:

• Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question; 
• Sign a declaration and release form confirming, among other things: 
  • That they meet the eligibility requirements; 
  • That they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the Contest rules; 
  • That they accept the prize as awarded; 
  • That they authorize Club Piscine to use their name and city for promotional purposes without additional compensation beyond the prize. 

4.5. The winner will receive a reimbursement applied to their invoice, up to a maximum of $5,700.

• If the invoice has not yet been paid, the amount will be deducted from the balance due; 
• If the invoice has already been paid, the reimbursement will be issued by check. The check will be mailed to the address provided during contest registration. 

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
5.1. Personal information collected, including name, address, phone number, email, and age, is collected solely for the administration of this Contest and will not be used for other purposes without the participant’s consent. By providing this information, the participant consents to its use for the purposes stated. Data will be retained only for the duration necessary to administer the Contest.
5.2. The winner consents to Club Piscine using their name, city of residence, photograph, image, voice, and any statements regarding the Contest for promotional purposes, without any form of compensation beyond the prize.
5.3. Club Piscine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate, in whole or in part, the Contest in the event that a situation arises that may compromise its proper conduct, including technical or computer-related issues. Any modifications will be posted on the Club Piscine website. Approval from the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux will be obtained if required.
5.4. Club Piscine, its retailers, employees, representatives, and agents disclaim any liability for any damage or loss resulting from participation in the Contest or from the awarding, acceptance, or use of the prize.
5.5. Participation in the Contest implies acceptance of these rules and the decisions of Club Piscine, which are final and binding, subject to the authority of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux.
5.6. Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may only be submitted to the Régie for the purpose of resolution.
5.7. These rules are available in French and English at Club Piscine retailers and on the website at www.clubpiscine.ca/concours. A printed copy may also be obtained upon request, in-store or by email.
