Entry into the competition (“Competition”) constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Who may enter: Competition is open to registered travel agents in Australia aged over 21 years old.
3. The promotion: The promotion commences at 11:00am AEST on Monday 22 July 2019 and closes Saturday 31 August 2019 at 23:59pm AEST (“Promotion Period”). Entries must be received within the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to win.
4. How to enter: Fill out the form with your contact details and enter a 50 words or less response OR enter your Etihad Airways PNR number and Stopover Booking Reference Number into the relevant fields.
6. The winners and winner’s notification: The prize winners (“Winners”) will be determined no later than Monday 9 September 2019.
The Promoter reserves the right to choose the winners of the Prize. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning that decision. Winners will be notified by phone and email by Monday 9 September 2019.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, entry, and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products supplied by the promoter.
7. Prize: The Prizes consist of the following: An invitation for the Winner of the Prize to attend the Abu Dhabi and Etihad Airways mega famil in October 2019. The Prize includes return economy flights from Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne, plus accommodation, activities and meals. Expected travel dates are from 10 to 15 October 2019, but are subject to change. The Winner will be required to pay a participation fee of $350.
Some meals may be at the participants own expense.
Flights will be available from Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney only.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation of the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify the prize offered at any time.
Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Dates cannot be adjusted and travel must take place on dates provided.
Places on the famil are strictly non-transferrable.
Travel will not entitle recipients to complimentary services or access to facilities offered to non-award travel guests, Etihad chauffeur and Etihad Guest Miles.
Tickets are non-transferable and have no cash, credit or refund value and if sold, bartered or altered would automatically be void. Frequent Flyer points cannot be accrued as part of this ticket and famil tickets cannot be upgraded using frequent flyer points, or by payment.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, employment with a registered trade partner and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or is otherwise involved in any conduct that involves manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion or otherwise preventing the conduct of the promotion as intended by the Promoter.
In the event of such problems or conduct, then the Promoter may (where necessary with approval from the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
