Promotion Period

• The Promotion Period is 9AM on Thursday, June 7, 2018 to 8:59PM on Thursday, June 7, 2018 There is no purchase necessary to enter this promotion.

Qualified Entrant

1. A qualified entrant (“Entrant”) is a Manitoba resident, 18 years of age or older who hasn’t won a prize in the last 6 months on the following Facebook account @CasinosofWpg. Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries employees, as well as immediate family members defined as father, mother, brother, sister, spouse (including common-law), child or ward of the employee, are not eligible to participate. In the event they do participate, any prizes won will be forfeited.

How to Enter

1. Follow Casinos of Winnipeg on Facebook & Twitter

1. Click the online ballot form and enter your email to receive one (1) entry. Only (1) entry can be submitted per person per promotion. Entries must be received by Casinos of Winnipeg during the Promotion Period to qualify. By entering, participants agree to all the terms and conditions relative to the promotion’s respective prizes as well as the promotion’s Rules and Regulations. Eligible Participants must provide eligible entries using a single account and Eligible Participants found to be using multiple accounts will be ineligible. 

Draw

1. The draw will be conducted on June 7, 2018, at 9PM or as practicable thereafter. Entries will be drawn randomly using a random generator. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

1. The Entrants are deemed to be winning entrants (“Winners”) when Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries confirms the entrant meets all Promotion conditions.

7)     Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries will attempt to contact the drawn Entrants via email, with the address used for entry, asking the Entrant to provide their contact information. If a drawn Entrant cannot be contacted within 4 hours that drawn Entrant will be disqualified and another draw will be conducted until a drawn Entrant is contacted and deemed a winner (“Winner”) in accordance with these promotion conditions.

1. An entrant only wins one (1) prize pack above.

Other Conditions

1. Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred.

1. Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries reserves the right to disqualify Entrants and/or entries that do not comply with these conditions.

1. Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries is not responsible for entries submitted after the promotion deadline.

1. Winners must present valid photo identification, as deemed appropriate by Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries:

1. Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries has no obligation to pay or deliver the prize unless the winner signs a valid release for the prize and undertakes to indemnify Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries from any further claims made by either the winner or by any person regarding the prize.

1. In making the prize available to the Winner, Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries makes no representations or warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written in respect of the prize.
