ELIGIBILITY.

Contest is open to residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of the New Hampshire Liquor Commission, its licensees, advertising and promotional partners, local brokers and suppliers, and members of the immediate family members of any such persons are not eligible to participate. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, whether as in-laws, or by current or past marriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

Void where prohibited by law.

 

HOW TO ENTER.

Enter at contest website, NHLCMadness.com. One entry per email address will be accepted. Entrants will be subscribed to receive monthly Email Extras! from the New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlets. The New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlets and the New Hampshire Liquor Commission are not responsible for entries that are incomplete or incorrect. All such entries are void. All entries become the property of the New Hampshire Liquor Commission and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Contest begins March 2, 2020 and ends March 30, 2020.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASING DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. MUST BE AGE 21 OR OVER TO ENTER AND WIN.

 

SELECTION OF WINNERS.

Winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted by the New Hampshire Liquor Commission, whose determinations are final in all matters relating to this contest. Winners will be notified by partner advertising/ communications firms via e-mail and will be given five business days to respond with their mailing address. Proof of age shall be required for in-store drawings prior to award.

DISTRIBUTION OF PRIZES.

Four $50 gift card winners will be chosen on April 1st. Gift cards will be mailed to winners within ten business days of receiving the mailing address. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Cash will NOT be given in lieu of prizes.
