Rollover Superman Legacy – WIN A TRIP TO PARIS Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom mainland and Northern Ireland (the winner must make their own arrangements to and from London) aged 18 years or over. Proof of age and residence may be required.

2. Unless otherwise stated the Main Prize offered is for Two (2) people travelling together, one of which must be aged 18 or over and be the parent/guardian of the other person if that person is under 18 years of age. The Late Prize draw will offer one (1) Superman Legacy Beach Towel to ten (10) Late Prize Winners. Each person participating in this prize draw will be referred to in these terms as a “Participant”.

3. Participants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter, Rollover LTD, reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification (to the Promoter's satisfaction in its absolute discretion) before issuing the prize. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter's decision, under this rule 3, to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.

4. The Main Prize Winner will be required to sign and return a prize acceptance agreement. Failure to return a prize acceptance agreement, or prize acceptance agreements which are incomplete, or do not correspond to the Participant details shall be deemed invalid and the prize may be forfeited. The Late Prize Winners will be contracted via email provided upon entry within 5 working days of the draw. The Winners shall, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, release, among others, Warner Bros Entertainment Inc and Rollover Limited and its affiliates from any and all liability arising out of the use or misuse of the prize and participation in any prize-related activity.

5. Exclusion: Promotion excludes employees and their immediate families of the Promoter; any agencies involved with the promotion; and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

6. Final Decision: The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Promotion Period: Main Prize draw - Enter between 10:00 am BST on 9th June 2025 and 23:59 pm BST on 21st July 2025 for the Main Draw. Entries received after 0:00 am BST on 22nd July 2025 will not be accepted for the Main Draw but will enter the Late Prize draw - Entries between 0:00 am BST on 22nd July 2025 and 23:59pm BST on 18th August 2025 will be eligible to participate in the Late Prize draw. Entries received after 19th August 2025 0:00 BST will not be accepted

11. Prizes:

a. The Main Prize includes return standard carriage on Eurostar from London to Paris, two (2) nights’ accommodation (minimum 4*) for two (2) participants sharing a twin / double room, two regular flights and one virtual reality flight at iFly (Paris) and comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions), subject to:

The prize is valid until 30th October 2026 Travel is not permitted over Public Holidays (France and/or the United Kingdom), or local special events (i.e. sporting events).
The prize must be taken on a weekend, to be selected by the prize winner, between the 31st October 2025 and 1st November 2026 (excluding public holidays in either the United Kingdom and/or France).
Warner Bros and/or Rollover Limited accepts no responsibility for any events beyond its reasonable control including the withdrawal of, or amendment to travel, hotels or activities. Warner Bros will use its reasonable endeavours to supply suitable alternatives in such circumstances. No refund or cash alternatives will be offered.
This prize is non-transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative or refund for any unused portions of the prize.
In the event of cancellation, the participants will not be entitled to claim any refund or replacement prize.
All bookings must be made through Warner Bros. a minimum of 60 days in advance of travelling.
Any amendments made by Participants after the booking is confirmed, to the extent permitted, will be subject to administration charges payable by the Participant.
Each Participant must hold a valid passport (which must be valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel) and any necessary visas or permits required for entry into the country of destination. Obtaining passports and any necessary visas or permits, together with any costs associated therewith, is the responsibility of the Participants.
Some activities and/or experiences have age, height, weight and/or health restrictions. If an adult with restrictions is not able to participate in the stated activities, an alternative experience will not be offered.
Eurostar travel is standard class, return from London to Paris.
Transport between home and London (and vice-versa) is the responsibility of the Participants.
All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize not set out in the stated prize description will be at the Participants’ expense, these include but are not limited to transfers to and London, additional meals, drinks, visas, gratuities personal expenses and any other costs.
The Prize is based on 2 people sharing a standard twin / double room.
Hotel accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis only, all other meals are at the expense of the prize winner.
It is the Participants responsibility to advise of any circumstance that may prevent them from participating in any element of the prize, including but not limited to dietary requirements, medical conditions or personal circumstance. Participants should evaluate their own risk in determining whether to take part in any element of the prize. By choosing to take part in any element of the prize, Participants acknowledge and agree that they accept any such risk associated with those elements of the prize.
Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the prize; however it does not cover pre-existing medical conditions. .
The prize winner and their guest must sign a release and waiver of liability (to be provided by iFLy) as a condition of their participation in the iFly activities.
The ifly activity is limited to 2 flights and one virtual flight, a total of 60 seconds per flight, and 1hour 15 minutes at the venue, allowing for safety briefings and instructions. The prize winner shall comply with any and all instructions given by iFly.
Participants are responsible for their behaviour whilst taking part in the prize. Warner Bros and/or Rollover Limited reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude any Participant from participation in the prize or any part thereof if they fail to comply with the directions of Warner Bros, Eurostar, iFly or any company associated with the prize, or, if any Participant acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes disturbance or nuisance to others.

b. The prizes for the Late Prize draw are Ten (10) items of Superman Legacy beach towels. The late prize are provider by Rollover.

Late Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

12. Winner Selection: All valid Participants received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into a prize draw to be conducted within 7 days of the closing date.

13. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 5 working days of the draw.

14. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming or partaking of the prize.

15. The winners’ names and counties will be available by contacting info@rollover-uk.com and will be available for 2 months after the Promotional Period closing date.

16. Winners will be expected, but not obliged, to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or its agencies on behalf of the Promoter. Winners will be asked to sign an agreement to such promotion(s) as the Promoter considers reasonable and necessary in the circumstances.

17. Aside from the use of entry data for the performance of this Promotion, the Promoter will not use personal data for any other purpose without the express consent of the Participant. All personal data collected for the purpose of managing the competition will be retain for as a long it is reasonably necessary and will be safely disposed once the purpose has been concluded.

18. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry or any entry is valid.

19. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation. The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

20. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Promoter does not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from this promotion beyond its reasonable control. The promoter does not accept any liability for the acts of any third party prize provider.

21. Participants in the promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any terms and conditions indicated herein.

22. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant found or suspected to be tampering, or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive or in violation of the Terms and Conditions.

23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and Facebook shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to the participants. Furthermore, any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to the Rollover Ltd, not Facebook.
