The “Win $10K with a No. 10 Win” is sponsored by GoBowling.com (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is governed by the official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or NASCAR. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or NASCAR. By participating, the Participant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

ELIGIBILITY

GoBowling.com “Win $10K with a No. 10 Win” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, shareholders, directors, officers, members, successors and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, retailers, advertising & promotion agencies, as well as any other entity, or individual, directly associated with this promotion, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and/or household members of these entities, are not eligible to participate. All federal, state/provincial and local laws and regulations apply.

Sweepstakes

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on July 21 at 12:00 PM CST and ends on August 5, 2018 at 11:00 AM CST (“Sweepstakes Period”. All entries (submissions) must be received during the time stated during that submission period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Sweepstakes at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER

Completely fill out and submit the Win $10k for a No. 10 Win form online through Woobox or at GoBowling.com/10k. Upon completion, you will automatically be entered in the sweepstakes. Entries are limited to one entry per email address. If one person uses multiple emails, they will be counted individually and not as an additional point/entry.

REFERRAL ENTRIES

Entrants can gain additional entries by sharing a unique referral link to the Sweepstakes. For each person who completes the Sweepstakes entry process using the unique link, the original Entrant will receive an additional Sweepstakes entry.

WINNER SELECTION

All eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. A winner will be chosen at random.

The winner will be announced on or about August 5, 2018. Announcement and instructions for prize receipt will be sent by email or phone. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her provided phone number and email address for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Sweepstakes. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within forty-eight (48) hours, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize, and GoBowling.com reserves the right to choose an alternative winner. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. GoBowling.com reserves the right to choose an alternative winner at its sole discretion if initial winner is disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received or if an alternative winner cannot be contacted. Once the winner is confirmed, he or she will be announced on all relevant GoBowling.com social media channels.

PRIZE DETAILS/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):

There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. The winner will win the $10,000 cash Grand Prize if the #10 Go Bowling Ford Fusion driven by Aric Almirola (or a replacement driver) is deemed to be the official winner by NASCAR in the Go Bowling at The Glen Race on August 5, 2018.  If the #10 Go Bowling Ford Fusion is not the winner of the Go Bowling at The Glen race, the grand prize winner will win a consolation prize of $1,000 cash. 

There are three (3) Bowling Ball Winners: Three winners will be selected to receive a Go Bowling at The Glen branded bowling ball. ARV of the bowling ball is $150.

There are five (5) Go Bowling T-Shirt Winners: Five winners will be selected to receive a Go Bowling T-Shirt. Size will be based on availability and determined by Sponsor. ARV of the t-shirt is $25.

There are ten (10) Aric Almirola Signed Hero Card Winners: Ten winners will be selected to receive a signed Aric Almirola Go Bowling hero card. ARV of the hero card is $10.

The total ARV of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes is $10,675.

ODDS: Odds of being selected as the Grand Prize winner  will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Odds of the Grand Prize winner being awarded the $10,000 Grand Prize will depend on the events within the race and the outcome of the Race.

PRIZE CONDITIONS:

No substitution or transfer of any portion of a prize permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that a prize is unavailable. All federal, state, or other tax liabilities, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize winner will be required to provide their Social Security Number for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued to the Grand Prize winner for the value of the prize received for the 2018 tax year.

Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS MAY APPLY.

LIMITATION AGAINST LIABILITY:

Finalist and Winner agree that (except where prohibited) Sponsor may use finalist or winner’s name, picture, portrait, likeness and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. Sponsor, its promotional and advertising agencies, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, members, successors, assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winner for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor and the Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by the Sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor’s representatives. Subject to federal, state/provincial, and local laws.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

DIRECT MARKETING

By entering the Promotion, Entrants acknowledge that the Sponsor collects personal information about users when registering for the Sweepstakes. All opt-in subscribers may receive various marketing or other information from the Sponsor regarding their products or services. Entrant may discontinue receiving the promotional emails at any time by unsubscribing from the link in the email.

Requests must be received no later than August 15, 2018.

This Sweepstakes is being administered by Sponsor, whose decisions will be considered final in all matters related to the conduct of this promotion.
