2024 Utah Air Show Yellow Thunder T6 Flight Giveaway – Official Rules

Sweepstakes period: June 10th, 2024 through June 18th, 2024 at 9:00 AM MST

Sweepstakes sponsor: America First Credit Union, 4774 S. 1300 W., Riverdale, UT 84405

Prize(s): Four (4) Individual flights in a Yellow Thunder T6 airplane. Total estimated value per prize: $850.00

Odds: Depend on the number of entries received.

Entry: One (1) entry per person without purchase or obligation, throughout the giveaway period, via America First Credit Union’s woobox social contest pages. Entrants must complete and submit contest woobox questionnaire at the following link https://woobox.com/374zwt which is available on America First Credit Union’s social media pages and website. All entries must be received by 9:00 AM MST on June 14th, 2024.

Prize winner selection: America First Credit Union will randomly select four (4) prize winners from entries received during the giveaway period. Selection will take place on June 14th, 2024. The winner will be notified by America First Credit Union via email or telephone. The winner will have four (4) calendar days to redeem prize. If it is not redeemed within four (4) weeks, another winner will be selected.

Eligibility: Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to redeem prize. Employees and official family of America First Credit Union are ineligible. Entrants are required to adhere to the following passenger requirements due to aircraft weight & balance, entry/exit mobility requirements and limited cockpit space.

Passenger Requirements are listed below:

Maximum Weight 220 lb., Maximum Waist 40” and Maximum Height 6’2”
Passengers must be capable of entering and exiting the cockpit without assistance and be capable of performing a tricep dip in order to exit the aircraft.
Passengers must be 18 years or older.

Additional terms & conditions: Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Utah law governs this promotion. Non-Utah residents are eligible unless prohibited by state law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. Sweepstakes prize(s) are not transferrable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. America First Credit Union reserves the right to substitute a prize(s) of comparable value at the sponsor’s discretion and to make changes to the official rules effective upon announcement. All decisions of the sponsor with respect to the sweepstakes are final. America First Credit Union is not responsible for injury or damage of any kind related to or resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or use of prize(s). By accepting prize(s), the winner agrees to the sponsor’s use of names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. List of winner(s): At the end of the Giveaway period and after the winner’s selection, you can obtain a copy of these official rules and the winner’s name by mailing a request with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: America First Credit Union, Attention: Market Strategies, 4774 S. 1300 W., Riverdale, UT 84405. Requests must be received no later than two (2) weeks following the sweepstakes period end date.
