Terms and conditions
1.Entry is free and open to mainland UK and Republic of Ireland residents only who complete, in full, the entry form on the competition app on Rollover Facebook page (www.facebook.com/rolloverhotdogs): http://woobox.com/3xsycx.
2.Participants must be aged 18 or over.
3.The promotion excludes employees and their immediate families of Rollover Ltd. Suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4.The promotion commences 27th June 2016 at 10am and closes on 30th September 2016 at 23:59 (GMT)
5.Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter, Rollover LTD, reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification (to the Promoter's satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter's decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
6.The winner will be selected at random and notified by phone and email within 7 days of the closing date.
7.In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of original notification, Rollover reserves the right either to select an alternative winner or to treat the prize as completely forfeited.
8.The winning eligible entry will win:
• Return flights for 2 to Reykjavik, Iceland including one item of hand luggage and hold luggage per person
• £250 towards car hire, fuel, tolls and Parking in Iceland
• 3 nights in a 4 star hotel in a twin or double room, in Reykjavik, Iceland including Breakfast
• 3-5 hour Northern Lights tour including Expert Guide and Return transfers from hotel in Reykjavik
• Quad Biking and Lava Caving. Iceland solo riders including return transfers from hotel in Reykjavik
• Travel and Activity Insurance The flight tickets and land prizes are non-negotiable and subject to availability. Flight routing is London to Reykjavik, Iceland in economy class, subject to blackout dates and / or seasonal restrictions on the flights
9. The winner must make their own arrangements to and from the London Airport (departure point).
10. The prize is non-transferable or refundable. If the winners are unable to travel in accordance with the restrictions above, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize.
11. The prize booking must be completed within 2 months of the prize draw (30th November 2016) or possible forfeit of prize may be incurred.
12. Prize excludes travel during Mid-December to Mid-January.
13. Either winner or guest must hold a current drivers licence to hire a car.
14. Any costs incurred from changes post booking, such as a name change, are the winner’s responsibility to pay.
15. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
16. Spending money, meals, beverages, passports, optional activities, gratuities, transports to and from departure point and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winners.
17. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to either provide an alternative travel destination to the same value as the original prize or, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
18. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law (in which case such liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law). The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures. Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
19. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation. The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
20. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects contact information about entrants in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate award prize and may also use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including mail and commercial electronic messages. If you do not provide the information, you cannot participate.
21. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries or claims that are lost, damaged or delayed, nor any associated costs to entrants.
22. Limitations of liability: Rollover Ltd does not assume any responsibility or liability for:
1.Any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
2.Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of the entrant database at any point in the operation of this promotion. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion.
3.Inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the website or any combination thereof.
4.Regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on the website, although we will always endeavour to minimize the effect to the participant of any such failure.
23. Conduct of participation. Participants in the promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Rollover Ltd reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Rollover Ltd to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Rollover Ltd to be disruptive.
24. By taking part in this promotion, participants acknowledge that they may be required to participate in publicity relating to the promotion without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the participant's name and/or image, statements made by the participants concerning the promotion and/or prize.
25. Rollover Ltd.’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
26. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and Facebook shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to the participants. Furthermore, any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to the Rollover Ltd, not Facebook.
