Agreement to Rules: By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and confirm they meet all eligibility requirements. The decisions of the Sponsors are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Eligibility: The IGA and Purina Pet Photo Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Nestlé Purina®, IGA®, their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.
Sweepstakes Period: The Promotion begins on May 1, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on May 31, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET.
How to Enter: Participants may enter at IGA.com. To be eligible, entrants must complete the entry form, including first and last name, mailing address, phone number, email address, agree to the Official Rules, and upload a pet photo. Participants may enter once per day throughout the Sweepstakes period. All required fields must be completed. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary.
Photo Submission Requirements: Submitted photos must be the original work of the entrant, who must own all rights to the photo. Photos must depict a pet and must not contain any identifiable people other than the entrant, copyrighted material, trademarks, logos, branded products (other than Purina® or IGA® products), nudity, profanity, violence, or any content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. Photos must be submitted in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format and must not exceed 10MB in size. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these requirements, in their sole discretion.
Grant of Rights: By entering, each participant grants Nestlé Purina® and IGA® a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the submitted photo and the entrant's name in connection with the Sweepstakes and for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.
Prizes: Six (6) Grand Prize winners will each receive a year's worth of Purina® pet food in the form of twelve (12) coupons valued at $24.99 each (approximate retail value of each Grand Prize: $299.88), redeemable at any IGA store. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be allowed, except by Sponsors, who reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 8, 2026, from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via the phone number and/or email provided at entry. Nestlé Purina® and IGA® are not responsible for incorrect contact information or undeliverable notifications. If a selected winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Winner Confirmation: Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legally permissible) a Publicity Release within 10 days of notification. Failure to return required documents within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
General Conditions: Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Release: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Nestlé Purina®, IGA®, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsors' privacy policies, available at [IGA.com] and [Purina.com].
Disputes: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of [insert state], without regard to conflict of laws principles.
