1. No purchase necessary.
2. How to enter: Visit nhbelvederesweeps.com to enter. One entry per household. Entry must be received by October 31^st, 2017 when the sweepstakes ends.
3. Eligibility: Employees of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, The NH Liquor Commission, or any affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies and their families are not eligible to win. You must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible. The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Not valid with any other offer.
4. Prizes: Prize winners will receive selected prize from Moet Hennessy USA. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Consumer will be responsible for picking up their prize. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Prize may not be redeemed for cash value. Alcoholic beverages will not be included in prize.
5. Drawing: Prize winners will be selected during a random drawing among all eligible entries. The drawing will be held on or around November 15^th, 2017 and will be conducted by Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits of New Hampshire, whose decision concerning all aspects of this promotion will be final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By accepting his or her prize, the winner releases: (a) Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits and its affiliated companies (including licensed alcohol wholesaler and retailers) from any and all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or in connection with a promotion, (b) his or her name and likeness and/or voice without further compensation.
