1) No purchase or obligation necessary to win.
2) To Enter: The sweepstakes begins July 2, 2021. To enter the sweepstakes, visit www.hurrdatmedia.com/BaheSweeps. Once there, fill out the form with your first name, last name, email address and phone number. To enter without visiting the sweepstake’s website, email Hurrdat Media, LLC at digitalmarketing@Hurrdat.com. In the subject line, type: “NICK BAHE SUMMER SWEEPSTAKES” Email must include your name, phone number, address, city, state, and zip code. One entry per person.
3) Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal US residents, 18 years of age and older as of December 1, 2020. Sweepstakes winners need not be a client of Hurrdat Media, LLC. Employees of Hurrdat Media, LLC and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and each of their respective spouses) and members of the household of such individuals are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and taxes. By participating, entrant agrees to abide and be bound by the official sweepstakes rules and to accept the decision of Hurrdat Media, LLC as final in all respects.
4) Prize:
Winners may make no substitutions.
5) Prize Restrictions: Prize is non-transferable. Federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Limit one prize per household. Each gift card winner may only win once per six months.
6) Drawing: Sweepstakes ends at July 31, 2021, and prize winners will be randomly drawn from among the eligible on the following days: July 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th . Winners will be notified during the next business day of business following draw dates. Winner need not be present.
7) Odds: Odds of being selected as a sweepstakes winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries at the time of the drawing.
8) Winner Notification/Prize Award: Winning contestants will be contacted via email and/or phone. If winners do not reply within the below windows, Hurrdat Media, LLC will award the prize to a new winner:
Prize will be shipped to winning contestants upon verification of eligibility and confirmation of mailing address
Winner may be required to provide additional information for tax purposes and must sign a waiver at a Hurrdat Media, LLC location. Winner must show photo ID when picking up gift card. Gift cards are non-transferable, and resale is prohibited. Winner may be subject to 1099-misc form for the value of the gift card.
9) Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to a) The official rules and the decision of Hurrdat Media, LLC, which shall be final in all respects; b) release, discharge and hold harmless, Hurrdat Media, LLC, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the sweepstakes, and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting a prize, the winners agree to, where legal, the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation or consideration.
10) Limitations of Liability: Hurrdat Media, LLC is not responsible for the printing of or any typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail or entries; or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Hurrdat Media, LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by Hurrdat Media, LLC at its sole discretion.
