Recchiuti Confections — “Passion for Chocolate Giveaway”
This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes” or “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Recchiuti Confections, 2565 Third Street, Suite 228, San Francisco, CA 94107 (“Sponsor”). The Sponsor is solely responsible for the operation of this Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is titled: “Recchiuti Confections — Passion for Chocolate Giveaway.”
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on October 18, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on December 5, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Sponsor’s computer shall serve as the official time-keeping device.
Geography: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, EXCLUDING residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited: The Sweepstakes is void where restricted by law and in any jurisdiction where the Giveaway cannot be legally conducted.
Exclusions: Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and household members of each, whether related or not) of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotion partners, Woobox, or any other party involved in the development, administration, or execution of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.
No purchase necessary. Purchase will not increase chances of winning.
To enter, during the Promotion Period, visit the official Woobox contest page and complete the entry form with your full name, valid email address, and state of residence. Submitting this form will constitute one (1) initial entry.
Bonus Entries: After completing the form, entrants will be provided with a unique referral link. For each eligible friend who enters the Sweepstakes through that referral link, the referring entrant will receive five (5) additional bonus entries.
Entrants may share their referral link on social platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Messenger, email, text, or similar methods).
There is no cap on bonus entries; however, all entries must be obtained legitimately through valid referrals. “Entries from Florida, New York, Rhode Island, or with an incomplete/missing information for your State of Residence will be disqualified”
Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry):
To enter without submitting through the online form or referrals, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, valid email address, and state of residence on a plain 3” x 5” card and mail it in a sealed envelope with proper postage to: Recchiuti Confections, 2565 Third Street, Suite 228, San Francisco, CA 94107 ATTN PASSION FOR CHOCOLATE GIVEAWAY
Requests must be postmarked no later than November 15, 2025.
Prohibited conduct: The use of bots, scripts, macros, fake accounts, disposable emails, or any automated system or other fraudulent means to obtain entries will result in disqualification. Sponsor retains sole discretion to determine whether entries are fraudulent or manipulative.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Three (3) prizes will be awarded:
First Prize (1 Winner): Passion Tower Gift Box — Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): USD $420.
Second Prize (1 Winner): Black Box 88-piece — ARV: USD $230.
Third Prize (1 Winner): Sharing Gift Box — ARV: USD $160.
Total Prize Pool ARV: USD $810.
Prizes consist only of those items listed above. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize is unavailable for any reason. All details of prizes not specified herein will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
On or about December 5, 2025, Sponsor (or its designee) will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Three (3) winners will be selected: one (1) First Prize Winner, one (1) Second Prize Winner, and one (1) Third Prize Winner.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including both initial and bonus entries.
Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their entry form within approximately twenty-four (24) hours after the drawing.
Each winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize. Failure to respond within the timeframe will result in forfeiture, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at its discretion.
Winners MAY be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where legal), and to provide a valid taxpayer identification number for tax reporting purposes.

Requests must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2026. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of each winner. Sponsor may require completion of IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) before awarding a prize.
By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual right to use and publish their name, likeness, city and state of residence, photograph, and statements in connection with the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law.
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Woobox, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies or consultants, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liability, damages, losses, or injuries of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize, or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity.
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible, incomplete, or garbled entries;
errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operations or transmission of entry information;
technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind;
inaccurate transmission of entry data or failure to receive entry due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, attempts to undermine the integrity of the Sweepstakes, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof, should fraud, technical failures, human error, or other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the date of termination.
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California. By participating, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between entrants and Sponsor concerning this Sweepstakes and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications. If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
