OFFICIAL RULES CASE Construction Equipment "Show Us Your Metal" Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, LICENSED, OR RESTRICTED, AS WELL AS IN PROVINCE OF QUEBEC, PUERTO RICO, AND OVERSEAS U.S. TERRITORIES, POSSESSIONS, COMMONWEALTH AND MILITARY INSTALLATIONS. BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and parts of Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of CNH Industrial America LLC ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and authorized dealers, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

2. Contest Period. The Contest begins on June 20, 2025, and ends on July 31, 2025 ("Contest Period"). All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible.

3. How To Enter. To enter, visit www.CaseCE.com/ShowUsYourMetal and complete the official entry form, including valid contact information, and upload a photo that includes CASE Construction Equipment. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified. Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with these Official Rules will be disqualified. By submitting an entry, you certify that you have read and agree to these Official Rules.

4. Voting Period. All eligible photo submissions may be posted for public voting on the Contest website from June 20, 2025 through July 31, 2025. Individuals may cast one (1) vote per day per entry. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar voting methods is prohibited and may result in disqualification of the associated entry.

5. Winner Selection. The entries that receive the most valid public votes during the Voting Period may be selected as winners. There will be a total of five preliminary winners selected each Wednesday throughout the promotional period. The Grand Prize winner will be selected by CASE Construction Equipment based on a combination of public voting and CASE Construction Equipment evaluation criteria, such as creativity, brand alignment, and photo quality. CASE Construction Equipment reserves the right to disqualify any entries suspected of vote manipulation or rule violations and to select winners at its sole discretion.

6. Prizes. Winner(s) selected during the Contest may receive exclusive Hetskid merchandise, including hats ($13.55), t-shirts ($22.35), or sweatshirts ($35.75) (Approximate Retail Value: $14–$36 per item). One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a prize package valued at approximately $71.65. All prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at CASE Construction Equipment’s discretion. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with prize receipt or use. For U.S. residents, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for prizes exceeding $600. Canadian residents must answer a skill-testing question to be declared a winner.

7. Winner Notification. Potential winners will be notified via email and may be contacted during the Contest or within fourteen (14) days of the contest’s end date. If a potential winner does not respond within three (3) days, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable messages. Winner(s) may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification or forfeit the prize.

8. Rights And Permissions. By entering, each participant grants CASE Construction Equipment a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the submitted photo, participant’s name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. CASE Construction Equipment reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond CASE Construction Equipment’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. CASE Construction Equipment reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry or voting process or violating these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless CASE Construction Equipment and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims or damages arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.

10. Governing Law And Disputes. This Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to the Contest shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Racine County, Wisconsin, and each entrant consents to the jurisdiction of such courts.
