1. Eligibility
1.1. The Redzero Contenders Giveaway is organised and administered by Redzero Esports, a division of Red Zero Agency Pty Ltd (ACN 702 991 526).
1.2. Entry is open to individuals aged sixteen (16) years or older who reside in Australia or New Zealand.
1.3. Participation in Redzero Contender Series or any other esports tournament is not required.
1.4. Employees, management and staff directly involved in administering the giveaway or selecting winners are ineligible.
1.5. Entry is completely free. No purchase or payment is required.
1.6. Entrants aged 16 or 17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
2. Entry Requirements
To qualify for the giveaway, entrants must complete ALL of the following requirements:
- Follow on X: Follow @RedZeroEsports.
- Follow on Instagram: Follow @redzeroesports.
- Join Discord: Join the official Redzero Esports Discord server at https://discord.gg/RedZero.
- Complete the entry form: Submit the official Woobox giveaway entry form with accurate information.
The entry form requires:
- Full name
- Alias / Instagram name
- Email address
- Phone number
- How the entrant discovered the giveaway
All entry requirements must be completed before 30 November 2026, at the advertised closing time.
Entrants must remain members of the required Discord server and continue following the specified social media accounts until winner verification is completed.
Redzero Esports reserves the right to request reasonable proof of compliance before awarding a prize.
Failure to satisfy any mandatory requirement will result in an entry being deemed ineligible.
3. Entry Restrictions and Fraud Prevention
3.1. Unless otherwise expressly advertised, only one entry per individual is permitted.
3.2. The use of fake accounts, duplicate identities, automated entry systems, bots, VPNs used to circumvent entry restrictions, or other methods designed to manipulate the giveaway is prohibited.
3.3. Redzero Esports may monitor entries for suspicious activity, including unusually high entry volumes associated with the same IP address, device or network, where such information is lawfully available.
3.4. Multiple entries originating from one IP address may be reviewed for potential abuse. Sharing an IP address does not automatically result in disqualification.
3.5. Redzero Esports may disqualify an entry where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, false information or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.6. Entrants may be asked to provide additional information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
4. Giveaway Prizes
The giveaway will award two (2) individual prizes to two (2) separate eligible winners.
Prize 1 — Wooting 60HE v2 Keyboard
One Wooting 60HE v2 analog mechanical gaming keyboard.
Prize 2 — Logitech G PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE Lightspeed Mouse
One Logitech G PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE Lightspeed wireless gaming mouse.
Prize 1 Retail Value: $250
Prize 2 Retail Value: $265
Total Combined Prize Value: $515
4.1. Two separate winners will be selected. Each winner will receive one (1) of the advertised prizes.
4.2. The first eligible winner drawn will receive the Wooting 60HE v2 keyboard. The second eligible winner drawn will receive the Logitech G PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE Lightspeed mouse.
4.3. No individual may win both prizes. Once an entrant has been selected as a winner, they will be excluded from the second prize draw.
4.4. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash except under Section 4.5 or where required by law.
4.5. Prize Availability and Substitution
If either advertised giveaway product becomes unavailable, discontinued or cannot reasonably be supplied, Redzero Esports will provide the affected winner with either:
- An alternative product of equal or greater retail value; or
- A cash payment equivalent to the advertised Australian retail value of the unavailable product, in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Redzero Esports will ensure that each winner receives the full advertised value of their respective prize through the original product, a suitable replacement or cash compensation.
Any substitution or cash alternative will be provided in accordance with applicable laws.
4.6. Redzero Esports will arrange prize delivery individually with each verified winner.
5. Giveaway Period
5.1. The giveaway officially begins on 14 October 2026, at 17:00 AEDT.
5.2. The giveaway officially closes on 30 November 2026, at 23:59 AEDT.
5.3. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
5.4. The official Woobox entry system will be used to record submitted entries.
5.5. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their entries are successfully submitted before the closing deadline.
6. Winner Selection
6.1. Two (2) winners will be selected through random electronic draws from valid and eligible entries.
6.2. The draws will take place on 1 December 2026, at 23:59 on the Redzeroesports Twitch Channel.
6.3. The first eligible entry drawn will be awarded Prize 1, the Wooting 60HE v2 keyboard.
6.4. The second eligible entry drawn will be awarded Prize 2, the Logitech G PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE Lightspeed mouse.
6.5. Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected in the first draw. Entries not selected in the first draw will remain eligible for the second draw.
6.6. An individual may win a maximum of one (1) prize.
6.7. Both selected entrants must successfully complete eligibility verification before receiving their prizes.
6.8. The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.
6.9. Redzero Esports will not favour entrants based on their social media following, competitive gaming experience or affiliation with the organisation.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery
7.1. Both winners will be selected on 1 December 2026.
7.2. Selected winners will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number submitted through the official Woobox entry form.
7.3. Redzero Esports intends to announce both verified winners on 1 December 2026 through its official giveaway page, Discord server or social media channels. If eligibility verification is not completed that day, the announcement may occur after verification.
7.4. Each selected winner must respond within 48 Hours after receiving notification.
7.5. Redzero Esports will make reasonable attempts to contact and verify both winners.
7.6. If a selected winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, or fails to claim their prize within the applicable period, an alternative winner may be selected through another random draw where permitted by law.
7.7. Prizes will be distributed within the timeframe required by applicable law, including the Victorian requirement to transfer prizes within 28 days after the draw.
7.8. Winners may be required to provide a valid delivery address and reasonable proof of eligibility.
7.9. Redzero Esports will communicate directly with both winners to arrange their respective prize deliveries or any applicable replacement products or cash alternatives under Section 4.5.
8. Privacy and Personal Information
8.1. Redzero Esports collects personal information to administer the giveaway, verify entries, prevent fraud, contact winners and distribute prizes.
8.2. Information collected may include full names, social media usernames, email addresses, phone numbers, referral sources and technical entry information where available.
8.3. Entry information may be processed through Woobox and shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway.
8.4. Personal information will not be used for unrelated marketing unless permitted by applicable law, including obtaining consent where required.
8.5. Entry information will be securely handled and retained only as reasonably necessary for giveaway administration or applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
8.6. Entrants may contact Redzero Esports to request access to or correction of their personal information, or to make a privacy enquiry.

9. Social Media and Platform Disclaimer
9.1. This giveaway is independently organised by Redzero Esports, a division of Red Zero Agency Pty Ltd.
9.2. Woobox provides the giveaway hosting platform and is not responsible for selecting winners or distributing prizes.
9.3. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with X, Instagram, Discord, Meta, Wooting or Logitech unless otherwise expressly stated.
9.4. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram from responsibility arising from the administration of this promotion.
9.5. Entrants must comply with the relevant social media platforms' terms of service.
10. Changes and Liability
10.1. Redzero Esports may take reasonable action to protect the fairness and integrity of the giveaway.
10.2. Necessary changes arising from technical failures, fraudulent activity or circumstances beyond the promoter's reasonable control will be communicated through official giveaway channels and made only where permitted by law.
10.3. Redzero Esports is not responsible for entries that are not received due to technical issues outside its reasonable control.
10.4. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Acceptance of Terms
11.1. By entering, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
11.2. Submission of an entry does not guarantee a prize.
11.3. Failure to complete the mandatory entry requirements may result in disqualification.
11.4. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws of other eligible jurisdictions.
