“Escape to Sunshine Contest” 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

The Contest begins at 12:00am CT on 11/1/23 and ends at 11:59 pm CT on 11/30/23 (the “Promotional Period”). When you properly submit and complete an entry form (your “Entry”) within the Promotional Period, you will be entered into the contest. This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winners. 

Once a contest writing submission is entered, judging will consist of one round of evaluations at the end of the Promotional Period.  A panel of judges selected by the Sponsor will select one entry from among all eligible entrants on the following criteria: (1) theme as it applies to the given writing challenge (50%); (2) creativity 25%; (3) writing quality 25%. The winner will be notified by email on or about December 1, 2023. 

There will be one (1) first place prize, consisting of a complementary 14 consecutive day stay for two adults in your own RV at one of the Encore RV resorts in Arizona, Florida, Texas, or California (valued at $1,000 USD). The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.  

To submit an Entry, submit your information through Woobox any time between 12:00am CT on 11/1/23 and ends at 11:59 pm CT on 11/30/23 For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an entry is “received” when you submit your information through Woobox. 

Each winner is responsible for federal and state taxes on the prize. The contest is limited to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years or older.  In addition, employees of MHC Property Management L.P.  and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Limit one entry per person/email address per day. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason. 

Except where prohibited by law, a potential winner must complete, sign and return to the Sponsor, within two business days, a Winner's Affidavit and Release in the form presented by the Sponsor. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Winner's Affidavit and Release within the required time period or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the potential winner will not receive any prize and an alternate winner will be chosen. Except where prohibited by law, the name and likenesses of each winner may be used by the Sponsor for promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner. 

This promotion is sponsored by MHC Property Management, L.P. ("Sponsor"), Two North Riverside Plaza, Suite 800, Chicago, IL 60606. For the name, city, and state of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. 

Restrictions: The prizes with complimentary stays at Encore RV resorts in Arizona, Florida, Texas or Palm Springs are based on availability, reservations are required, and the stay must be completed by December 1, 2024. The stay must be one consecutive period of time and any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited.  Holidays and special events are excluded.
