RÈGLEMENT OFFICIEL

• Le Concours  « En tout confort – Gagnez un iPad de 32 Go + un ensemble Hygge douillet » (nommé ci-après « Concours ») est organisé par Stokes Inc. Il commence le 3 novembre et se termine le 17 novembre 2017 à 23 h 59 (HAE). Toutes références au temps dans ce document font référence l’heure avancée de l'Est (HAE).

ADMISSIBILITÉ

• Sont admissibles au Concours tous les résidents du Canada ayant atteint l'âge de la majorité dans la province où ils résident et est assujetti aux lois canadiennes à partir de la date du début du Concours indiqué ci-dessus, à l'exception des employés, agents ou représentants de Stokes Inc., ses distributeurs ou sociétés affiliées, agences de publicité ou quelconque contributeur au Concours, ainsi que tout membre de la famille immédiate ou quiconque vivant sous le même toit qu’un employé, agent ou représentant. Dans le cadre de ces règles, la « famille immédiate » inclut le père et la mère, les frères et sœurs, les enfants, le mari, femme ou partenaire d’un employé, agent et/ou représentant.

2.1 Vous devez suivre @stokesstores sur Instagram, marquer (« taguer ») deux amis sur la publication du concours et remplir le bulletin de participation.
2.2 Vous pouvez vous inscrire au concours jusqu’au 17 novembre 2017 à 23 h 59 (HAE).
2.3 Une (1) participation par personne, pour la durée du Concours.
2.4 Les chances de gagner dépendant du nombre total de participations éligibles reçues avant la fin du Concours.
2.5 Aucun achat requis.

• Le prix n’est pas transférable et doit être accepté tel qu’offert, puisque qu’il n’y aura aucune substitution ou équivalent liquide.
• La valeur au détail du prix total est de 764,77 $ canadiens.
• Sélection du Gagnant : Le 21 novembre 2017, le gagnant sera sélectionné par tirage au sort parmi tous les Bulletins de Participation éligibles reçus avant la fin du Concours.
• Le gagnant sera avisé par courriel. Si un participant sélectionné ne répond pas pendant 48 h après le tirage, ou si un gagnant potentiel ne respecte pas le Règlement du Concours ou est considéré inadmissible pour quelque raison, le prix sera annulé et pourrait être remis à un autre Gagnant. Les décisions prises par les Sponsors à propos de ce Concours seront définitives. 

TIRAGE

• Parmi toutes les participations reçues, une (1) sera pigée aléatoirement le 21 novembre 2017 à 14 h, au siège social de Stokes, située au 5660 rue Ferrier, Montréal, Québec H4P 1M7 pour le prix.

TERMES ET CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES

• Pour être déclaré gagnant, le participant qui est sélectionné aléatoirement doit respecter les conditions de participation et d’admissibilité stipulées dans ce document. Le non-respect d’une ou plusieurs de ces conditions verra la disqualification du gagnant et un autre tirage au sort sera effectué afin de déterminer un nouveau gagnant.
• Limite d’un (1) prix à gagner.
• Stokes Inc. contactera le Gagnant par courriel. Si Stokes Inc. n’est pas capable de rejoindre le participant sélectionné d’un ou plusieurs tirages pour quelque raison en quarante-huit (48) heures, Stokes Inc. effectuera autant de tirages que nécessaire parmi les participations pour trouver un Gagnant pour le prix.
• Stokes Inc. informera le Gagnant par courriel et/ou par la poste et/ou par téléphone et/ou par messager des détails en lien avec la remise du Prix.
• S’il est impossible de livrer le Prix au Gagnant, pour quelque raison que ce soit, le Prix doit être réclamé au siège social de Stokes Inc. au plus tard le 30 janvier 2018; sinon, le prix sera annulé. Dans ce cas, le Prix ne sera pas tiré à nouveau, et ne sera simplement pas remis.
• Stokes Inc., ses sociétés et divisions respectives et toute autre personne morale de son groupe corporatif, ses distributeurs de radiodiffusion affiliés, ses agences de publicité et de promotion et leurs actionnaires, administrateurs, cadres, employés et agents respectifs, ainsi que quelconque contributeur au Concours,  ne sont pas responsables de tout ce qui concerne le Prix ou le Concours, et ne peuvent garantir l’un ou l’autre.
• Le prix doit être accepté tel quel et ne peut être transféré sans l’obtention d’une entente écrite de la part de Stokes Inc., substitué par un autre prix, ou échangé en partie ou complètement pour de l’argent. Si Stokes Inc. se voit dans l’impossibilité de remettre le prix tel que décrit dans le document présent, Stokes Inc. se réserve le droit  de remettre un prix similaire (ou une portion du prix) de valeur égale ou, à sa discrétion, la valeur du prix indiquée dans ce document (ou une portion du prix) en argent.
• Stokes Inc. ne sera en aucun cas tenu responsable dans aucun cas ou leur incapacité à agir par rapport à un fait ou une situation hors de leur contrôle ou à cause d’une grève, d'un lock-out ou de tout autre conflit de travail dans les établissements, ou dans les établissement des organismes ou sociétés dont les services sont requis à l’organisation du Concours.
• En participant à ce Concours, le Gagnant autorise Stokes Inc., si nécessaire, à utiliser son nom, photo, lieu de résidence, voix, image et (ou) leurs commentaires par rapport au Concours à des fins publicitaires sans aucune rémunération. De plus, le Gagnant autorise que son nom et sa ville de résidence soient publiés sur la page Internet du Concours sans aucune rémunération.
• Les Destinataires de la décharge n’encourent aucune responsabilité si le nom ou l’adresse des participants du Concours sont incomplets ou incompréhensibles. Stokes Inc. se réserve le droit de rejeter toute participation incomplète, illisible, abimée ou contenant une erreur humaine ou mécanique, et de procéder à la sélection d’une nouvelle participation.
• Tout Bulletin de Participation et toute tentative de participation, en utilisant des moyens électroniques ou l’ordinateur, qui sont contradictoires avec l’esprit du Concours ou des règles du Concours (p. ex., le piratage, l’envoi en masse de courriels, etc.)  sera automatiquement rejeté et pourrait être référé aux autorités judiciaires compétentes. Toute inscription automatisée sera remarquée et rejetée.
• Les Destinataires de la décharge ne sont en aucun cas responsables pour tout problème, incluant sans s’y limiter, au mauvais fonctionnement de tout réseau ou ligne téléphonique, à un problème résultant directement ou indirectement d’un virus, d’un bogue ou de défaillances techniques après l’envoi de courriels à Stokes Inc. pour quelconque raison, incluant sans s’y limiter, à des congestions sur le réseau Internet ou sur le site web, ou une combinaison des deux. Stokes Inc. et les Destinataires de la décharge ne sont pas responsables de quelconque dommage à de l’équipement informatique suite à la participation au Concours. Stokes Inc. et les Destinataires de la décharge ne sont responsables d’aucun problème qui pourrait empêcher la bonne conduite du Concours conformément au présent Règlement, incluant sans s’y restreindre, aux généralités ci-dessus ou à la remise de la promotion du Concours ou du Concours.
• Les décisions prises par Stokes Inc. sont finales et sans appel.
• Dans le cas d’incompatibilité entre la version anglaise et française du Règlement présent, la version française fait foi.
• Les participants acceptent que leurs informations personnelles recueillies dans le but de ce Concours puissent être utilisées et divulguées par Stokes Inc. en accord avec sa politique de la vie privée, qui est disponible sur son site web.

CONTEST “Get Cozy Contest - Win A 32GB iPad + A Cozy Hygge Prize Package”

OFFICIAL RULES

The “Get Cozy Contest - Win A 32GB iPad + A Cozy Hygge Prize Package” contest (hereafter “Contest”) is organized by Stokes Inc. It starts on “November 3, 2017” and closes on “November 17, 2017” at “23:59” (EDT). Any reference to time in this document indicates Eastern Daylight Saving Time (EDT).

ELIGIBILITY

1.   The Contest is open to all residents of Canada, who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside, and is governed by Canadian law, by the start date of this contest as identified above, with the exception of the employees, agents and/or representatives of Stokes Inc., its distributors or affiliated companies, advertising agencies or any contributor to the Contest, as well as anyone with whom an employee, agent and/or representative is domiciled or any member of his or her immediate family. For these official rules, “immediate family” refers to the father, mother, brothers, sisters, children, husband, wife or partner of such an employee, agent and/or representative.

HOW TO ENTER

2.   Registration

2.1  You must follow @stokesstores on Instagram, tag 2 friends you want to get cozy with in the comment section of the contest post, and complete the contest entry form.  

2.2  You can enter the Contest until “November 17, 2017” “23:59”.

2.3  One (1) entry per person for the duration of the contest.

2.4  Chances of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date.

2.5  No purchase necessary.

• The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as offered, as there will be no substitutions and no cash equivalent.

• Retail value prize: $764.77 Canadian.  

6.   Selection Process: On November 21^st, 2017, the winner will be selected by random draw from among all eligible entries received by the contest closing date.

7.   The Winner will be contacted via E-mail. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the draw, or the required declarations and releases are not received within the prescribed period, or if a potential winner does not comply with these Contest Rules or is deemed ineligible for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. The decisions of the Sponsors shall be final in all matters relating to this contest.

DRAW

8.   Among all the Entries received, one (1) draw will be conducted on “November 21st, 2017” at “14:00”, at the offices of Stokes located at 5660 Ferrier Street, Montreal, Quebec H4P 1M7 for the Prize.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• To be declared winner, the entrant who is randomly chosen for the Prize must respect the entry and eligibility conditions stipulated in this document. Failure to respect one or several of these conditions means the winner will be disqualified and another random draw will be conducted to choose another winner.

• Limit of one (1) prize to be won.

11. Stokes Inc. will contact the Winner by E-mail. In the event that Stokes Inc. cannot contact the selected entrant of the draw for whatever reason within forty-eight (48) hours following the draw, Stokes Inc. will conduct as many draws as necessary from the Entries to find a Prize winner.

12. Stokes Inc. will inform the Winner by e-mail and/or by mail and/or by phone and/or by messenger of all the details related to how they will receive the Prize. 

13. In the event that it is not possible to deliver the Prize to the Winner, for whatever reason, the Prize must be claimed at Stokes Inc. office by “January 30th, 2018” at the latest; otherwise it shall become null and void.  In such case, the Prize will not be redrawn and will simply not be awarded.

14. Stokes Inc., its respective companies and divisions, any other moral person of its corporate group, its affiliated broadcast distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, their respective shareholders, administrators, executives, employees and agents, as well as any contributor to the Contest, are not responsible for matters regarding the Prize or the Contest and provide no guarantee for either.

15. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred without the prior written agreement of Stokes Inc., substituted with another prize or exchanged in whole or in part for money. Should Stokes Inc. for reasons out of its control and not related to the Winners, not be able to award the prize as described in the present document, Stokes Inc. reserves the right to award a similar prize (or a portion of the prize) of equal value or, at its sole discretion, the value of the prize indicated in this present document (or a portion of the prize) in money.

16. Stokes Inc. shall not be held liable in any case where its inability to act results from a fact or situation beyond his control or from a strike, lock-out or any other labour dispute in his facilities or in the facilities of the organizations or companies whose services are used in the course of holding this Contest.

17. By entering this Contest, the Winner authorizes Stokes Inc., if required, to use their name, photograph, place of residence, voice, image and (or) declaration regarding its prize for advertising purposes without any form of remuneration. Moreover, the Winner agrees to permit their name and town of residence to be on the Contest Internet page without any form of remuneration.

18. The Release recipient shall not incur any responsibility for incomplete or incomprehensible name and addresses from Contest entrants. Stokes Inc. reserves the right to reject any Entry that is incomplete, illegible or mutilated or that contains a human or mechanical error and to proceed with the selection of another Entry.

19. Any Entry and any attempt at entering using electronic, computer or other means which are contrary to the spirit of the Contest or to the Contest rules (e.g., computer pirating, mass emailing, etc.) will be automatically rejected and may be referred over to the appropriate judicial authorities. Any automated entries will be noticed and rejected.

20. The Release recipients are not in any way responsible for any problem including, but without being limited to, the technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, any other problem resulting directly or indirectly in a virus, bug or technical failure following the sending of e-mails to Stokes Inc. for any reason including, but without being limited to, traffic congestion on the Internet network or on the web site or a combination of both. Stokes Inc. and Release recipients are not responsible for any damage done to computer equipment following entering the Contest. Stokes Inc. and other Release recipients are not responsible for any problem that could prevent the proper conduct of the Contest in accordance with the rules established herein including, but without restricting the generality of the above, or the postponement of the Contest promotion or of the Contest.

21. The decisions made by Stokes Inc. are final and without appeal.

22. In case of incompatibility between the English and the French version of the present Rules, the French version shall prevail.

23. Entrants agree that the personal information collected for the purpose of this contest can be collected, used and disclosed by Stokes Inc. in accordance with its privacy policy which is available on its website.
