Complete Terms and Conditions for Milton Village Good Lookin’ Rooster Giveaway

 

1. Promoter:

• The Promoter is Coles Group Property Developments Ltd trading as Milton Village 12 – 36 Baroona Road, Milton, QLD, 4064, Australia. Under c/o CBRE Pty Ltd - Retail Property Management 1 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.

2. Eligibility:

• Open to residents of Queensland, Australia who are 18 years of age or older.
• Employees of Milton Village tenants, their affiliates, and their immediate family members are ineligible.

3. Prize:

• Five (5) $50 Good Lookin’ Rooster Gift Cards
• The prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent.

4. How to Enter:

• Enter and submit details on giveaway form. 
• Like Milton Village on Facebook
• Multiple entries per person allowed. 

5. Entry Period:

• The giveaway begins at 9:00am AEST 5 November 2024 and ends at 11:59pm AEST 26 November 2024.
• All entries must be received by 11:59am AEST on the End Date.

6. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via email only.  
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.

7. General Terms and Conditions:

• The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
• The sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time.
• The sponsor is not responsible for any technical difficulties or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the giveaway.
