I agree that: The photo contest is open to all individuals with a valid email. Entries must be submitted in .jpeg, .jpg, or .png format, at least 1,920 pixels wide and no larger than 10 MB. Judging will be based on creativity, originality, and technical quality. By entering, entrants grant the City of Indianola the right to use the photo for promotional purposes and agree to release the City of Indianola from liability. The contest is governed by the laws of Iowa and the City of Indianola reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time.
