Official Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Sweepstakes starts Monday, July 22, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. CT and ends Friday, August 9, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. CT (“Promotion Period”). Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Ferrellgas, L.P. (the “Sponsor”).
THIS PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, META, PINTEREST, NEXTDOOR, X, OR ANY OTHER PLATFORM. ENTRANT IS PROVIDING ENTRANT’S INFORMATION TO THE SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR AND NOT TO ANY OTHER PLATFORM.

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older who live where Sponsor is legally allowed to operate. Employees and directors of Ferrellgas, L.P., and its affiliates, and any advertising or promotion agencies or contractors, who are under contract or have performed work on behalf of Ferrellgas or Blue Rhino during (or during the period six months prior to) the Promotion Period, and the immediate families (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) and members of the same household of each of the above, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules, the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) (linked below), and to the decision of the Administrator and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.
How to Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period by completing the entry form hosted on Ferrellgas.com.
Limit to one (1) entry form submission per person during the Promotion Period. Entrants may earn additional entries by posting the custom sharing link provided to social media. Limit one (1) additional entry per share. There is no limit to the number of shares. To share via social media, your account settings must be set to “public”. Only fully completed entries are eligible. No automated or artificial entry devices and/or programs permitted. Proof of submission may not be deemed proof of receipt. Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules (as well as any details indicated in the social post or other directions provided about the sweepstakes) and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Winner Selection and Prizes: Winner selection will take place over the course of five (5) days with multiple winners drawn at or around 5 p.m. CT daily.
On August 5, 2024, ten (10) potential winners will be selected at random to receive a prize package valued at approximately $100. The prize package includes:
Four (4) $20 Amazon gift codes,
Two (2) six-can cooler bags,
Two (2) 30 oz. travel mugs.
On August 6, 2024, fifteen (15) potential winners will be selected at random to receive a prize package valued at approximately $157. The prize package includes:
Choice of 50 free gallons of propane from Ferrellgas or three (3) free Blue Rhino tank exchanges
One (1) set of BBQ tools,
Two (2) six-can cooler bags,
Two (2) 30 oz. travel mugs.
On August 7, 2024, ten (10) potential winners will be selected at random to receive a prize package valued at approximately $166. The prize package includes:
Eight (8) $20 Amazon gift codes,
Two (2) six-can cooler bags.
On August 8, 2024, five (5) potential winners will be selected at random to receive a prize package valued at approximately $247. The prize package includes:
Choice of 100 free gallons of propane from Ferrellgas or six (6) free Blue Rhino tank exchanges
Two (2) six-can cooler bags.
On August 9, 2024, ten (10) potential winners will be selected at random to receive a prize package valued at approximately $178. The prize package includes:
Six (6) free Blue Rhino tank exchanges,
One (1) set of BBQ tools,
Two (2) six-can cooler bags.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed (except that Sponsor reserves the right, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater approximate retail value). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Any expenses that may be associated with receipt or use of prize that are not specifically listed herein are the responsibility of winners. All federal, state/provincial/territorial, and local taxes on a prize (as well as any incidental costs that may be associated with the prize) are the sole responsibility of the winner of that prize.
Winner Notification: Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Instructions for claiming the prize will be sent by to the potential prize winners via private message or email, including requests for potential winners to provide complete first and last name (no initials), email address, physical mailing address, telephone number, and date of birth.
Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered direct messages, emails, or other attempts at contact, including, without limitation, emails that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which can divert any Sweepstakes email, including any winner notification email, to a spam or junk folder. If any eligible winner cannot be reached within seven (7) calendar days of first notification attempt, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, such eligible winner forfeits prizes. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Potential winners must continue to comply with these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Limit one prize per person/household.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold Ferrellgas, Blue Rhino, and its divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, sales representatives, contractors, and advertising and promotion agencies harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by their participation or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Please see the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at Privacy Policy for details regarding use of personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes.
Other Conditions: In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account used to submit the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any potential winner may be requested to provide proof that such winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry or other proof of identity. The Released Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost, interrupted or unavailable network connections, Website, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes. In such case, winner(s) will be selected from all eligible participants prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. Released Entities are not responsible for any typographical, display, input, or other error in any Sweepstakes materials, or for any errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or in the announcement of prizes, including such error that may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won.
Winners List: Sweepstakes winners will be notified and publicly announced after the random drawings occur at or around 5 p.m. CT on August 5, 2024; August 6, 2024; August 7, 2024; August 8, 2024; and August 9, 2024. Announcements will be made via official Ferrellgas Facebook, Instagram, and X accounts.
