Terms & Conditions

1.     This competition is being promoted by Destinology, a trading name of Destinology Ltd, a Brooklyn Travel Limited company, 42-44 High Street, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 1BL, United Kingdom. Registered in England No. 04293908. 

2.     Submitting the following form is the only way to enter this prize draw: https://link.destinology.co.uk/destinology-beach-cafe-competition 

3.     Maximum of one entry per person.

4.     No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.

5.     The prize draw entry period commences Monday 1st May and ends at midnight on Wednesday 31st May.

6.     Entrants must be over the age of 18, a UK resident and eligible to travel.

7.     Employees or agents of Destinology Ltd, Beach Cafe and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the prize draw.

8.     By entering the prize draw you confirm acceptance of these conditions.

9.     The prize consists of a £500 voucher (to be used towards a luxury holiday with Destinology) and a £500 Beach Cafe voucher. 

10.  No alternative voucher amount will be offered. 

11.  Travel vouchers are not redeemable against price match bookings. 

12.  Travel vouchers are not permitted to be used in conjunction with any other offer, prize, discount, or promotion. 

13. Travel vouchers are only redeemable against new package holiday bookings with Destinology and must include a minimum of 3 hotel nights, return flights with baggage and return private transfers. 

14. Destinology voucher must be redeemed by 31 December 2023 to travel at chosen date.

15. Holiday booking conditions apply. 

16. The prize does not include travel insurance, or any other items or expense not specifically stated within the prize description. All such costs will be the responsibility of the winner and members of their travelling party. 

17. The winner and their travelling party are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visas to travel, hold all adequate travel insurance policies and comply with any other Terms and Conditions applicable to the prize. 

18. The voucher holder may not transfer any aspect of the voucher to another person or assign or transfer any other rights or obligations in connection with these terms and conditions. 

19.  Destinology reserves the right to amend the prize voucher or substitute one of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside its control.

20.  The prizes are non-transferable; the named prize winner must be the lead passenger on trips where the voucher has been redeemed. 

21.  There is no cash alternative, and the prize voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or in any way traded.

22.  Failure to respond to the prize notifications within 14 days of receipt will result in the prize voucher being withdrawn and another winner may be selected at Destinology's discretion.

24.  Entrants agree to allow their name to be used by Destinology & Beach Cafe for publicity purposes including on the Destinology & Beach Cafe social media channels.

25.  Beach Cafe voucher is valid for 6 months after the winner is notified. 

26. All remaining balances exceeding the gift card or credit note, must be paid in full using a credit or debit card. 

27. If the balances on your gift card/credit note exceeds the order amount, you may use the same code for your next purchase. 

28. Only one gift card or credit note can be used per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers. 

29. No cash alternative is available. 

30. If you return the order in full or part of what was purchased using a gift card or credit note, a new gift card will be issued for the refund amount via email – please wait for this to be issued before making another purchase as gift voucher amounts are non-transferable, and the original expiry date of the gift voucher will remain. 

31. The closing date is 31/05/2023. The winner will be chosen at random after this date and notified within 14 working days by post and email.  

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. All entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
2. The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred by winners in the redemption of any of the Prizes.
3. Neither the Promoter, its employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any of the following:

(a) Any incorrect of inaccurate entry made; 

(b) Any system failures on any of the websites or platforms being utilised to run the Competition; 

(c) Any third party’s failure to fulfil its obligations under these Terms and Conditions; and 

(d) Any third party failure that results in the interruption or cancellation of the Competition and/or any Prize that may be associated with the Competition.
