3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding.

4. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on June 20, 2026 and ends on August 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

5. HOW TO ENTER: Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, commercial contest subscription, or other automated means are void. Entrants must complete the official entry form in full to qualify.

6. PRIZES: Instant win prizes and promotional discount offers will be as stated on the promotional page. Grand Prize: Two (2) admission tickets to one (1) 2026 AMA Pro Motocross Championship race selected by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize will vary depending on race selected.

Prize includes admission tickets only. No additional items, services, reimbursements, or expenses of any kind are included. Transportation, lodging, fuel, parking, food, merchandise, travel expenses, taxes, insurance, and all other costs and expenses are solely the responsibility of the winner.

Specific race selection is subject to ticket availability.

Winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each race ticket drawing will occur approximately two (2) weeks prior to the applicable AMA Pro Motocross event date. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

DISCOUNT CODE CONDITIONS: Any promotional discount codes issued through this Sweepstakes are limited to one (1) code redemption per person, household, and/or order unless otherwise specified by Sponsor. Discount codes may not be combined, stacked, transferred, exchanged, sold, or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, coupon, dealer pricing program, or discount. Discount codes expire October 31, 2026 unless otherwise stated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to void duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or suspicious entries and/or discount code redemptions at its sole discretion.

8. FRAUD & ABUSE: Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, fake accounts, multiple email addresses, VPNs, or other methods intended to manipulate entries or coupon distribution is prohibited and may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of any prizes or discounts.

9. DEALER & COMMERCIAL PURCHASES: Sweepstakes promotions and discount codes are intended for retail consumers only and are not valid for dealers, distributors, wholesalers, or commercial purchasing accounts unless expressly authorized by Sponsor.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

13. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners may be contacted via email, phone, or social media and may be required to verify eligibility before prize fulfillment. Failure to respond within the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
