Official Rules & Regulations

I. SWEEPSTAKES DETAILS
Cryo-Cell Free Cord Blood Banking Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Cryo-Cell International, 700 Brooker Creek Blvd., Suite 1800, Oldsmar, Florida 34677 (“Sponsor”). The Promotion comprises a one month sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on the first day of each Month and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on the last day of that Month (the “Sweepstakes Term”).

II . HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. All entries must be received by Cryo-Cell International no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the applicable Sweepstakes Term. Enter by completing the official sweepstakes form or signup sheet. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Partially completed entries will not be accepted. Cryo-Cell International is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any human error that may occur in the receipt or processing of entry forms. All entries become the property of Cryo-Cell International.

III . ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who have Internet access with a valid email address, mailing address, zip code, telephone number, and are 18 years of age or over on the first day of the Sweepstakes term. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

IV. PRIZES
One Winner will be selected to receive the following cord blood banking services, for a single birth, from Cryo-Cell International free of charge: collection, processing, medical courier and first year storage (approximate total value of $1,950). The Winner is responsible for all storage and other fees and costs related to the banking of their baby’s cord blood that are not specifically set forth in the prior sentence. These include, without limitation, the responsibility for paying $150 per year to cover annual storage fees after the first year of storage, any fees related to the release of the cord blood unit for transplant, and any fees related to the delivery or collection of the cord blood unit imposed by third parties. All federal, state and local taxes related to receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries Cryo-Cell International receives. Cryo-Cell International will not award any alternative prize, cash equivalent, or any other substitution of the Prize if, for any reason, the cord blood collection, processing or storage cannot take place. The Prize is non-transferable. In the case of multiple births, the Winner will be responsible for all additional fees related to collections, processing and storage if that is desired for the other children.

V. WINNERS
The Winner will be determined by the fifth day of the following month by a random drawing from all eligible entries. The Winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the drawings and will be posted on the official Cryo-Cell International Facebook page. Return of any Prize/Prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate Winner will be selected. All decisions by Cryo-Cell International are final and binding. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decision of Cryo-Cell International. The Winner will be required to sign and return a release of liability, affidavit or declaration of eligibility. Where lawful, the Winner will be required to sign a publicity consent agreement allowing Cryo-Cell International to use the Winner’s name in promotional and marketing materials.

V. PRIVACY STATEMENT
Cryo-Cell International reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Sweepstakes, including information on entrants obtained through the Sweepstakes, for marketing purposes, unless prohibited by law. Cryo-Cell International reserves the right to contact entrants and all other individuals whose email address is submitted as part of this promotion. Cryo-Cell International respects your privacy and all information provided is strictly confidential. Cryo-Cell International will not share the information you provide with third parties, except with your Healthcare Provider.
