Official Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT: Please read these rules before entering this Propane Deal Days Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all the eligibility requirements below.
Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Ferrellgas, L.P. (the “Sponsor”).
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and directors of Ferrellgas, L.P., (“Ferrellgas”), and its affiliates, and any advertising or promotion agencies or contractors who are under contract or have performed work on behalf of Ferrellgas during (or during the period six months prior to) the Promotion Period, and the immediate families (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) and members of the same household of each of the above, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules, the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, and to the decision of the Administrator, and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.
THE WINNERS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE SELECTED IN RANDOM DRAWINGS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE SPONSOR. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.
The Sweepstakes begins Monday, July 21, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. CT and ends Friday, August 8, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. CT (“Promotion Period”).
Entry: You may enter by completing the form provided on Ferrellgas.com. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limit, whether through multiple or different applicable accounts or means, will be void. Entrant represents that he or she has all necessary rights to grant a license to the Administrator to publish and reuse posts for any purpose without compensation and that Entrant hereby grants such license together with right to use Entrant’s name. No other method of entry is permitted. No mechanically reproduced or automatically generated entries are permitted. Incomplete, illegible, or garbled entries will be disqualified. If you enter using a mobile device, standard data charges may apply from your carrier.
Entry is limited to one (1) form submission per person during the Promotion Period. Entrants may earn additional entries by posting the custom sharing link provided to social media. Limit one (1) additional entry per share. There is no limit to the number of shares. To share via social media, your account settings must be set to “public”. Only fully completed entries are eligible. No automated or artificial entry devices and/or programs permitted. Proof of submission may not be deemed proof of receipt. Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules (as well as any details indicated in the social post or other directions provided about the sweepstakes) and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Limit one prize per person/household.
As Sponsor, Ferrellgas, L.P. may display all Entries on Ferrellgas’ social media platforms. By uploading or submitting your Entry, you agree that your Entry conforms to the Entry Guidelines and Content Restrictions listed below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Ferrellgas, L.P., in its sole discretion, may remove your Entry and disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your Entry fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions. By uploading or submitting your Entry, in addition to rights granted below, you: (a) grant to sponsor to Ferrellgas, L.P. all rights necessary to display your Entry on Ferrellgas, L.P. websites and social media pages; (b) hereby waive any so-called moral (e.g., creative) rights in your Entry; (c) represent and warrant that you have the right to grant the rights granted in these Official Rules; and (d) represent and warrant that your Entry and its use as contemplated in these Official Rules does not and will not violate, misappropriate, or infringe upon any law or regulation or the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, or any rights of publicity or privacy, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
Winner Selection and Prizes: Winner selection will take place over the course of the five (5) days as specified below with multiple winners being drawn at or around 5 p.m. CT on the specified days.
On August 4, 2025, ten (10) potential winners will be selected at random to receive a prize package valued at approximately $104. The prize package includes:
Four (4) $20 Amazon gift codes;
Two (2) six-can cooler bags;
Two (2) 30 oz. travel mugs.
On August 5, 2025, fifteen (15) potential winners will be selected at random to receive a prize package valued at approximately $162. The prize package includes:
Choice of 50 free gallons of propane from Ferrellgas, or five (5) free Blue Rhino tank exchange coupons* – winner’s choice;
One (1) set of BBQ tools;
Two (2) six-can cooler bags;
Two (2) 30 oz. travel mugs.
On August 6, 2025, ten (10) potential winners will be selected at random to receive a prize package valued at approximately $166. The prize package includes:
Eight (8) $20 Amazon gift codes;
Two (2) six-can cooler bags.
On August 7, 2025, five (5) potential winners will be selected at random to receive a prize package valued at approximately $256. The prize package includes:
Choice of 100 free gallons of propane from Ferrellgas, or 10 free Blue Rhino tank exchange coupons* – winner’s choice;
Two (2) six-can cooler bags.
On August 8, 2025, ten (10) potential winners will be selected at random to receive a prize package valued at approximately $173. The prize package includes:
Six (6) free Blue Rhino tank exchange coupons*;
One (1) set of BBQ tools;
Two (2) six-can cooler bags.
*Blue Rhino propane tank exchange coupons expire after December 31, 2025, and cannot be used in a single transaction. Each coupon is valid for up to $25.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed (except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater approximate retail value). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Any expenses that may be associated with receipt or use of prize that are not specifically listed herein are the responsibility of the winner of that prize. All federal, state/provincial/territorial, and local taxes on a prize (as well as any incidental costs that may be associated with the prize) are the sole responsibility of the winner of that prize.
Compliance: Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Announcement and instructions for the Prize will be sent by private message to the potential Prize winner’s email or social media account, including requesting the potential winner to provide his/her complete first and last name (no initials), email address, physical mailing address, telephone number, and date of birth. Potential winner has seven (7) calendar days to respond to the Administrator’s email with the requested information, or the Prize may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be forfeited. If any eligible winner cannot be reached within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, such eligible winner forfeits prizes. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Potential winners must continue to comply with these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. All federal, state, and local taxes imposed on the acceptance of a Prize are solely the responsibility of each winner. Administrator will attempt to notify each potential winner as set forth above, but Administrator and Sponsor are not responsible for any undelivered direct messages, emails, or other attempts at contact, including, without limitation, emails that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which can divert any Sweepstakes email, including any winner notification email, to a spam or junk folder. The right to receive a Prize is non-assignable, non-transferable, and no Prize substitution or exchange will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value. Any and all other costs and expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold Ferrellgas, L.P., and its divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, sales representatives, contractors, and advertising and promotion agencies harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Please see the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at Ferrellgas.com for details regarding Sponsor's use of personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes.
Other Conditions: In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account used to submit the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any potential winner may be requested to provide proof that such winner is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry or other proof of identity. The released entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost, interrupted or unavailable network connections, website, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes. In such case, winner(s) will be selected from all eligible participants prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. Released entities are not responsible for any typographical, display, input, or other error in any Sweepstakes materials or for any errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or in the announcement of prizes, including such error that may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won.
Privacy Policy: Any personal identifiable information collected during an Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or its agent and used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, and marketers for the sole purpose of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules, in accordance with Sponsor’s Website Privacy Policy at https://www.ferrellgas.com/privacy-policy/.
Winners List: Sweepstakes winners will be notified and publicly announced after the random drawings occur at or around 5 p.m. CT on August 4, 2025; August 5, 2025; August 6, 2025; August 7, 2025; and August 8, 2025. Announcements will be made via official Ferrellgas Facebook, Instagram, and X accounts.
